I don't have much experience in these matters, but my guess would be Venus conjunct its natal position in your chart as well as Mars, which activated your apex Uranus yod configuration. Some astrologers would not argue that this is a yod because the slowest-moving planet should be one of the points of the base, but I don't think this is either here or there.
This Venus-Mars conjunction in Aries is actually a part of many other configurations besides the yod configurations, at least if you use Astrodienst's wide orbs; you've got two Kites and a Mystic Rectangle as well, and all of these involve that conjunction. Therefore, it seems that this is a sensitive point in your natal chart, although I find it curious that the Lesser Benefic Venus would trigger these events rather than a more heavy-hitting planet. Venus is in its detriment in Aries, so it's not very strongly placed, yet it is conjunct a strong Mars, which rules your fifth house (children) and Midheaven (career).
I just observed the degree of transiting Mars in Cancer and discovered that it is at 18 Cancer 14, which is trine your Pisces Moon and loosely square another sensitive point in your chart--squaring your Venus-Mars conjunction as well as your natal Pluto. These planets are tightly opposed each other in your natal chart, and I believe Pluto and Mars should be given additional importance in this situation because they are respectively the modern and traditional rulers of your fifth house, which has Scorpio on the cusp.
Although Uranus has been positioned near your natal Moon for a while, he seems to be a good candidate for this unexpected, wholly unfortunate event.
I am sorry that you have suffered through an ectopic pregnancy and wish there was more I could do
If it's any consolation, Scorpio is a relatively fertile sign, albeit not quite as fertile as the water signs Cancer and Pisces if my memory serves me correctly; its ruler is also strongly placed in Aries, although Aries itself is a barren sign. You also have the sign of Sagittarius intercepted within the fifth house, so Jupiter could possibly be considered a coruler. Your natal Jupiter is in its detriment in Gemini as is mine, yet it is also positioned in the eleventh house--the house of Jupiter's joy. Transiting Jupiter is also currently trining your Sun.

The Moon rules my health and is squaring Neptune, which may indicate extreme sensitivity to drugs. Also predisposition to suffer from disorders from the female organs and female problems brought about by infections.

I'm a bit confused here; are you using the Moon as a general significator of your health, or as the ruler of a certain house that you believe is pertained to your health? Normally, I would equate health with the first house and sickness with the sixth house, but the Moon is undoubtedly important in regard to fertility.
I don't know if I'd personally subscribe to the idea that your natal Moon is causing you difficulties; Pisces is a particularly fertile sign, and its square aspect to Neptune only emphasizes the Piscean nature of your Pisces Moon, in my opinion.

Ascendant in Leo (barren sign), and Saturn is in the 1st house of health. Saturn in Leo is not well placed and may bring troubles, obstacles and delays and may bring some medical problems also but related to the heart and arteries.

Yes, Saturn in the first house is not traditionally regarded as ideal to one's health, but you've also got to look at the ruler of your Ascendant--your accidentally dignified Taurus Sun in the tenth house. Taurus too is considered to be a fertile sign, although its dispositor, Venus, is not.
