I'm not feeling very well today, but at least I'll jot down the significators to be aware of.

You were right about Luna signifiying the interviewers, but since Mars rises, he too signfies them.

So, you are Saturn in the Third house in the first degree of Virgo. There's not really any reception here, except for a whole lot of it with Mercury who can receive Saturn by a whole bunch of things. By doing this, Saturn doesn't receive either of the two significators for the interviewers, and in fact both detriment Saturn, so I think there's going to be something you don't really like about these people/this person.

Those other applicants are signifed by Mercury, peregrine in Aries and Combust of Sol isn't the most mighty place to be, so they're obviously hidden, and weakened. Oddly, though, as Mars is considered one of the significators for the interviewer, it seems they may be more considering some other person as Mars receives Mercury by domicile. Also, Luna (the primary significator of the interviewers) is moving towards a Trine with Mercury, suggesting they are heavily considering hiring some other person.

The job, however, signified by Jupiter is being received by Saturn (you), and it is in your house, so I think this is a very good indication that you will get the job, even if one of the interviewer people were considering someone else. Also, Mercury has moved past a Square with Jupiter, which seems to suggest to me that someone was already offered the job, but refused it.

I'm really not sure what to say, it's mixed, that's for sure. I checked Fixed Stars around Mercury and Saturn, and there aren't any close enough to have any influence, so I'm stumpped.

So, you were going to be interviewed for one job, but not the same job you had originally submitted a resume for, correct? So we're talking about two different jobs within the same company, right?

Yep. I applied for the original job over a month ago and never heard back. Then on Friday I got the call to come in and be interviewed for another job entirely. Now i'm being asked to come in for the job I originally applied for. So in terms of reading the chart, could this explain some of the mixed signals coming from it?

Hehe, you're correct in that the charts are very similar, however now I feel Mars has moved far enough away from the Ascendant to no longer be considered rising, and so no longer signifies the interviewers. This leaves us with just Luna. Luna, unfortunately, is in the Sign of Mercury, making Mercury (those darn other applicants we know nothing about) receive those interviewers. However, I'm really concerned about this as Mercury is peregrine and heavily combust, making me wonder if there are some sort of rumours circulating about these hidden applicants that are 'out-shining' them as Sol lords over the Third house.

Saturn is all sorts of debilitated and in the cadent Third, suggesting a lack of skill on your part or a lack of familiarity with the task assigned to you which may make the interviewers view you as a little iffy. Unfortunately, no, there are no aspects, but Luna does come to Sextile Mars, who rules the Eleventh house of your hopes and aspirations. The fact that these are Fallen suggests that they may get your hopes up just to shoot them down.

I checked the fixed stars around the chart, and the only one I could found that counts is the Andromeda Galaxy (named Vertex) at 27° Aries 51', and appears to be unfortunate. This star conjoins your hidden adversaries represented by Mercury, being related to weakness and blindness.

What's killing you is that you keep having to be Saturn. I'll tell you that. If we could get you being any of the other six planets, well then we probably would have a fighting chance.

First chart: While you're correct in pointing out the now existing Trine, it is separating and I do not enjoy this. You do receive the interviewers well with them being in Saturn's domicile, but they do not receive you, and that is what we want. Also, the way this is set, now you are signified by Fallen Jupiter, which is no good.

Second chart: Them being Sol really isn't all that fantastic for you, as Saturn and Sol are mutually separating from that Trine that Luna and Saturn were mutually separating from before as well.

Third chart: No good because we've made the interviewers and the other applicants the same planet.

Fourth chart: Same as above.

Electional astrology is trickier than one normally thinks.

In event, do I look at the moon as their co-significator as well??
