Interview time horary

Hi,

could anyone please advise on this..

I have an interview and was wondering if I can do a horary chart for the time of the interview? Would this give me a possible outcome of the interview?

I think you are referring to either an electional chart or an event chart...

Is the exact time and place of the interview already established, or are you searching for the most astrologically fortuitous time for the interview?

thanks for replying, I have an interview date, time and place for this Wednesday (eek), so was wondering if I could do a chart for that time? And would it show the outcome of the interview?

An event chart should show the energies that are effecting that moment, but I believe you should also look to transits to your natal chart on this day.

I don't know if such an event chart can decisively state a positive or a negative outcome, though, since the interviewer most likely will not immediately make his or her decision; a complex astrological exchange of energies comes into play, since one may also wish to take into account the synastry between the interviewer and the interviewee (you) as well as the transits the interviewer is experiencing...

You may actually be better off creating a horary chart for the moment you first thought to ask about the outcome of the interview, although it is a general rule in horary astrology that one should use an event chart when one has it...

Is anyone familiar with predicting results from the charts of future events? I know that it is often done with presidential elections, but even for an event of such significance, astrologers often differ drastically with their predictions.

I did note down the time I thought "would I get the job", just after I got the phone call. I drew up a horary for that question, and also a horary for the time of the interview. I'll post them. Ooh I'm excited. Its looks like I may get the job when I look at the horary, Im not so sure about the electional chart.

I've posted the normal horary question chart in the Career section.

Here is the Time of the Inteview chart:



My interpretation,

I am Jupiter (Saturn's terms)
Job is Venus (Saturn's terms) - both are strong in their own signs.

Hmm, Saturn rules the 2nd house. Money!
POF is in the 2nd house - the money may be to my liking.

In about 10 degrees, Venus will travel into the 10th house.
Moon is leaving a square to Venus.
Moon doesnt aspect Venus or Jupiter anymore, but Venus will sextile Jupiter in about 21 degrees. Before that it will square Mars.
Mars rules 11th, 12th and 4th houses.
Moon will oppose Mars in 2 degrees.

Last aspects of the Moon is sextile Sun - shows a good oppertunity. (in about 11 degrees, so maybe by end November.
Finally Moon conjunction to the POF.

So Jupiter/Venus sextile seems to say I may get the job. Maybe I will hear from them around 1st December because this is when Venus/Jupiter sextile in the ephemeris.

Im not sure whether it is a yes or a no, or even if these things can be read from such a chart

Because, this is not a horary chart. It's an event. You are being interviewed, therefore you are receiving the event. The interviewer initiates the event by interviewing you, therefore, they become the Ascendant. You are being interviewed, thus you become the Descendant.
