Chiron placement in relationships

I am looking over the charts between a friend and I. My Chiron at 16 Gemini conjuncts his Sun exactly at 16 Gemini. I've read that this conjuction implies a healing power? What other effects does this aspect bring to this relationship?

Any planet or point that conjuncts anothers planet or point will have something to say about the connection between you both. A lot of assumptions could be made with this connection misskitt.

Magi look at a woman being in her "Cinderella Period" when venus is forming a conjunction or trine to her natal chiron. I have personally felt this to be true! But what I would like to know is if two people have chiron in the same sign (in this case, Aries), what would be the effect?
