Will i be able to get a new job?

Hello!

Im in a job that is bringing me down. I would like to move to a happier environment but nothing seems to be coming up. I asked to know if its wise for me to leave now - "will i get something new - new job"? Ive been tempted to just walk out but am worried incase i dont get anythings for months on end. Id be happy to take a pay cut. Health to me is more important than cash. I would appreciate any views on this chart very much. I get a yes i will get anew job, then a no..

Here is the chart, my thoughts are below.

Me=Mars 24 Genini (Saturn terms)
Job=Mercury 18 Libra (Jupiter terms/Saturn exhaltation)
Moon=11 Sag (Venus terms)
P of fortune is critical.

Saturn seems to be involved, terms/exhaltation - he rules 3rd house communications.
I dont get why the job is in Saturn's exhaltatiton - could this mean Ill get a job in communications?

Mars/Mercury trine in about 6 degrees = yes! yeeeessss! Perhaps a job in communications seeing as Mercury is the sig. Dealing with the public/Libra/in a harmonious way....

Moon trines Venus in 7 degrees, carries this light to Mercury/Job by sextile, then opposes Mars.
Moon opposes Mars = NO? Or does this mean I'll end it with my current job..
Venus rules 7th house (enemies) and 11th (wishes). So this looks like my 'enemies' will get to the job before me then dash my hopes with Moon opposite Mars.
Pof in critical degree, my fortune is about to change. Its going into Saturns terms in Aquarious - something to do with communications again.

Mars will oppose Pluto in 2 degrees = an ending of sorts.

Mars/me is in Gemini, house ruled by Mercury/job - I want a job.
Mercury/job is in Libra, house ruled by Venus. Venus rules 7th/11th houses. Mercury is in my house of wishes - will it remain just a wish? Im wondering, if it was in 1st or 4th houses, would this mean the job is definately mine?

Saturn sits on the MC, with regulus. MC angles are mutable, ascendant is fixed. SAturn rules communications, this seems to be a prominent feature.

Last aspects of the Moon - square Sun, conjunct Pluto. Sun rulse the intercepted sign in 9th house, but its in the 10th house for some reason so it must be important. I just cant figure out what it means. Hmmm, the Moon squares Sun , then carries this challenge to conjunct Pluto. Some problem, then an ending..

Thank you very much if anyone can help me out.

Re: Will i be able to get a new job?

Hi Neptune, just a question about YOUR question. Which one is it: "Is it wise to leave now?" or is the question: "Will I be able to get a new job?".
Maybe you should have said: Will I be able to get a new job if I leave this one?". For the 1st Question I can use the "Yes or No" technique. It is a job question so I take ruler 10 is Mercury and the ruler of the opposite house which is Jupiter. Now I only have to look if those two make a favorable aspect or not. Mercury has passed the sextile to Jupiter, so the answer is No, it is not wise to leave the job, at least this is at first view. As you can have a say in what you do, we now should also look at the 4th house (end of the matter) for the job and the 4th house of the opposite house and see if the rulers of both end of the matter houses maybe DO make a good aspect. We now look at Mars (4th of the 10th) and Venus, (4th of the 4th) and they also have passed the sextile, so again a NO.
Saturn on the cusp of the 10th could mean that you should stay and be patient for a while longer. It can also just show your state of mind. He is the ruler of the 3rd house after all and conjunct the 10th could show that you are indeed strongly thinking of job issues. Mars in 8 shows your worries.
Now, if you stay and start looking for another job, will you find one?
Now we do look at Mercury and Mars and yes, Mercury just passed the sextile to Venus (whatever that means, maybe that you have been talking to others (us) about it recently or that you maybe even applied for a new job.)
Mercury then will make the trine to Neptune in 3, and I honestly dont know what that could mean. As Neptune is not used as an official representor of any house, I use it as an extra info, and because it is in the 3rd it could maybe show your wishful thinking, but then on the 26th of September (yesterday) it would trine Mars exactly according to the Ephemeries. This will be in 8°. If we just look at Mercury and count the degrees till he has come to 24°, then it will take 6°. This is the difference between the transit, where you assume that Mars stands still, and the exact conjunction of these two, when we look at both planets moving foreward. I still dont know which one to use (always did the transits before but AG looks at the real conjunction of the planets in the ephemeries). So they will meet and you could indeed find a job. It will take 6 or 8 somethings. Merc. is in a succedent house in a cardinal sign so it could mean days or weeks. I think weeks is the more realistic approach. Merc. comes to Mars, so I think the new job could be presented to you and maybe with the help of someone else (Neptune?).
What I do see as interesting here is that the Sun (first) as well as Mars both are going to apply to Pluto in the 2nd. Some sort of upheaval can be expected, probably to do with finances. Again, Pluto is not representing anything in particular here, even though the astrologers who use the modern planets could see him as Ascendant ruler as well. I just look at him as an extra flavor or happening in your life.
OK, now let's look at the Moon, your co-significator. Moon, as you said is in Venus term and in the 2nd, so I guess you do not have a too bad income and it could even get better because Moon is going to conjunct Jupiter. Could it be that you will get an increase in salary?
Moon will then oppose Mars, ruler 5, showing some tough competition perhaps to deal with, then squares the Sun which in itself is not bad in horary. Only the conjunction of Sun and Moon is lethal. Actually, this is the only last aspect with a planet the Moon makesbefore leaving it's sign. Pluto I do not count, again, it could show emotional upset of some kind, but the last aspect is to the part of Fortune (the Moon is allowed ANY aspect, also half-sextiles, in horary I have read repeatedly) so I see that as fortunate, even though the POF is critical.
End of the matter house is ruled by Jupiter in own sign, very strong and the North Node in the 4th is also a good sign.
So my guess is that you should not be too hasty in leaving this job. Something else will present itself in due time (6 to 8 weeks), probably as a result of you having applied to several jobs. The new job could indeed have to do with some form of communication. Hope I am right. Good luck!

Re: Is it wise to leave now?

Hi Starlink,

Thanks very much for your reply! Its been the worst week ever, I even wrote out my resignation ready to give them but hesitated at the last minute.

I have applied to quite a few job agencies this week and they have been calling me, I feel and hope something may eventually come from this method. That could be Merc/Mars trine, and also Moon sextiling Neptune in 8 degrees. Neptune and Uranus in mutual reception, and Uranus in 4thhouse... not entirely sure what that could mean - Uranus/computers - I have been applying online for jobs.

Mars opposing Pluto! Sun square Pluto. Im not sure what the Sun represents, not a clue. Something intercepted in the 9th house, placed in the 10th. Could this be my idea of making a living teaching yoga but finding it difficult (moon square sun) whilst in this job..? Maybe this is the constant battle from one of my bosses (he has natal Pluto opposite Sun, my Sun square exact his Pluto, my Pluto conjunct his Mars). Also Moon conjuncting Pluto near the end. This could relate to the atmosphere in the office

I noticed Mars in the 8th, also Mars rules the intercepted 5th house. This is funny. There is absolutely no fun in the office, none! If me and my female colleague make a joke, they just look at us. I guess all the fun is intercepted and placed in the 8th house!

Thanks for such an indepth reply Starlink! I am hopeful something will come up with merc/mars trine. Ill try and stay, it is sensible, everyone tells me i shouldn't leave yet until i get something else. But I just think arrrrrrrrrgggh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Patience i have to learn.

Re: Is it wise to leave now?

Hello Neptune! Glad you decided to stay, I really think something will come up and it is indeed always wiser to stay until you have found something. Just clench your teeth!! You wrote:

Im not sure what the Sun represents
. In my book "Horary Astrology" by Derek Appleby he writes: The Sun is the lifeforce. It symbolizes the creative energy of the universe. It is the point of destiny in any chart and in horary astrology it has special influence over the life of the querent and his ultimate purpose in this state of consciousness.(maybe you feel powerless at the moment and would like to regain your personal power ?) I also read somewhere else that the Sun symbolizes the "heart" of the chart. It shows the general situation in my opinion, it shows what the whole question is about. Here we see Sun square Pluto so generally speaking we are dealing here with some sort of power struggle which has made you decide to leave this job because it unnerves you. There could also be power issues around you in the office to do with finances (finance department?) .That's how I would read it anyways. And yes, maybe that boss of yours is shown in this aspect as well. After all it all revolves around the same thing. Something intercepted is always something that has trouble breaking out or express itself. A lot of frustration usually involved of course.
Let me know how things evolve please so I know if I was right or wrong. Cheers, Star.

Re: Is it wise to leave now?

Thanks very much Star, You've made it make so much sense, this chart. I see how the Sun is important, in this chart it verifies the chart by being in the 10th house, smack bang in the middle, squaring Pluto in the 2nd house of values.

I'll let you know how it goes definately.
