Re: Should I go back on my medicine?
Kaybug, The stellium in H2 is also reflective of your self esteem...moon in Libra (just before entering the via combusta- 15 deg Lib to 15 scorp..I think) and posited on H4 cusp- (the end of your tether?)...The moon is in Venus sign, Libra, (indecision)...
Yes, taking you as the asc, you are ruled by this moon. I don't know how to judge medicines as such so I am reading this chart in relation to the doctor who prescribed them for you, taking HIM as H10 cusp.
You say these meds are not in regard to anything *life threatening*..the moon's position suggests otherwise..The ruler of H4 is venus and venus is *combust* with mercury, the doctors ruler by dispositorship.
Now, to the Dr...Dr is Mars (aries). He is in your H11 of hopes/wishes/friends etc..Mars answers to mercury (gemini) so his concerns relate to H3 matters (your mind, mental well-being).Mercury rules your H3 cusp - you are in his hands. His ruler, mercury conjuncts saturn in your H1( you)..He is worried about your depression and low self esteem...and his sense of responsibility connects him to saturn.(and Jupiter- the law).there is some connection between the Dr and your H5..(same Dr for your children?). Jupiter is a bit reckless when opposed by mars...also a tendency to overstate things but as jupiter is also square Uranus, it may be a case of *being on the safe side* as far as the Dr is concerned. Being ruled by the moon, as you are in this chart, makes for an unstable situation...moon will next go into scorpio and is almost via combusta so maybe he is right. Pluto is in your H6 of illness and pluto is quincunx the asc....As the sun is trine to pluto I think the medicine in H6 will do you good.As would meditation, hot baths, refusing to worry about
the problems of the day...If this medicine is to calm you down I think it will achieve that result (moon will sextile pluto and saturn at end of cycle, after sextiling the Leo stellium, so yes, things will get better for you.) Natal chart-wise, Tr uranus is conjunct your sun for a while .Best wishes, Lillyjgc

Re: Should I go back on my medicine?
Dear Kaybug, sorry to hear you are not well at the moment. If Lilly saw that trans. Uranus is conjunct your Sun than that alone can really make you feel like running away from everything, wanting to change things as they are now, mainly the way you are and judging from the horary chart, your self esteem is taking a real beating right now. You are very confused about yourself, your future, your marriage?? whatever the reason, your Moon shows how you feel emotîonally at the moment and indeed in the sign of Libra, very undecisive, probably not only about the medicine. Venus, rules the house of hopes and wishes and Venus is combust, also showing that you somehow lost hope and think that your wishes will never materialize. I understand that you would like to stay "clear minded" and see if you can maybe discover your real self and what you want to do with your life, but I think that under the circumstances it does not help much to think about all this when you feel so low and medication could put you in a better state of mind whereby you can then see things more clearly. In Rex Bills rulership book, he writes that Neptune is the planet of socialized medicines and that medicare falls under the 8th house. Medicines and medicine cabinets and other places where medicines are kept fall under Neptune, Saturn, Virgo and Scorpio. Because we do not use modern planets like Neptune, I would take it's equivalent Jupiter to be the medicine. As you can see, Jupiter also rules your 6th house of health. Mercury would be another option as it has to do with the mind and medicine to calm or clear the mind could i.m.o. fall under Mercury.
Now, looking at your Moon (and she is really weak, and about to enter the Via Combusta and peregrine) we also see that she is in the term of Jupiter, which means that Jupiter (the medicine) is receiving you (the Moon), so the medicine would be good for you. Jupiter is very well placed in own sign and in the term of the other beneficiary, Venus. The Moon has passed the sextile to Jupiter which could mean that you did take the medicine but stopped taking it about 4 weeks ago?? Just a wild guess because both planets are in succedent houses which according to Lilly could mean weeks, but the Moon can be counted as being in the 4th house because she is only seconds away from entering the 4th house, an angle, (slow according to Lilly) that it could also be 4 month. Your doctor is Saturn, ruler of the 7th (Lilly) and actually in detriment in Leo and combust which disconcerns me a bit. Do you have the feeling that he is competent? But this is not really part of the question. You asked "shall I take the medicine again?" and I think you should if they did help you in the past. If you had side effects or were not totally happy with the results or whatever, I suggest you go for a second opinion, maybe even another doctor. The end of the Matter house is ruled by Venus, not super in Leo in term of Mars and combust but in the 2nd house which is the JOY of Jupiter and she is about to trine Pluto in your house of health (if we take Pluto as co-sign. of the 6th) showing that you will find your own power back and even will go through a personal transformation (Sun trine Pluto).I hope you will feel better soon. Keep us posted please so we can learn from it! All the very best and dont forget life is a constant up and down and you can loôk forward to the comming UP! Star.

Re: Should I go back on my medicine?
hi KB,
i didn't look at your chart..(cos it's all foreign to me..)... but i would suggest..
if you can live without the medicines try that..
what if tomorrow..the affect of these wear off..they will treat you with something stronger..and then stronger and it just goes on..
rather go to a holistic treatment center, where they treat the cause rather than the symptoms..
for more analysis, i would require more info like your birth details and what kind of illness are you suffering from.
all the best

Re: Should I go back on my medicine?
Starlink, Hey thanx for that excellent and detailed analysis...you made it seem so easy...picked up on quite a few things... I wasn't sure what to use housewise here...maybe next time we should frame the question more specifically...like *will I be helped/ harmed by my meds?* Questions that start with *should* imply a *moral judgement* which only the subject of the chart can really decide. But a chart can say whether something is your friend or enemy...I kept wanting to refer to the Dr too- He/she isn't in his dignity in any way -I think a second opinion would be helpful here too. But as Kaybug has now made her decision we can only advise that in fact the chart does support her decision. Good luck Kay. Best wishes, Lillyjgc

Re: Should I go back on my medicine?
I agree with Lilly and Starlink to stay with the medication as it will have a positive effect, and consult your doctor. I Hope you will be feeling better soon KayBug.
Good luck.

Re: Should I go back on my medicine?
Thanks Lilly! That is the good thing of a Forum, everyone sees other things, like for instance in another thread AG could see that Mercury (the man) was moving towards Venus (a woman, wife or other girlfriend). I would not have come to this but it is soooo clear. And indeed, this was true (not married apparently but with another women which the querent (Charm) knew about but had not mentioned. Just great. We learn from each others view on the same case.

Re: Should I go back on my medicine?
yeah the main thing is keeping yourself busy..
ok preaching time, but i remembered this saying, when i saw star's buddha..
there was this zen monk, who was tilling the land with this son, and both were tied to this woodern thing from which they were tilling the land, and this other guy from town, said.."hey we've got machines now..why do you want to do this yourself..." and he just said.. "if the machines are going to do it, what will we do?"..
and i guess most of our problems, depression etc..arise..because we have nothing to do ....
great to hear about all your accomplishments today KB, keep it up..
look Star looks and sound so good n young..cos she keeps herself busy
