When Will I get Admission to Masters

]1. Question :
When Will I get admission for Masters in Technology (MTech) in IIT (INDIAN INSTITUE OF TECHNOLOGY) ?

2. Background :
-I have completed my BS in Mechanical engineering in Aug 2005.
-For last three years I am trying to get pass the entrance exam know as GATE (Graduate aptitude of Engineering for Masters in IIT).
-For last 3 attempts I have failed the exam
-I try my level best study , solve papers , take tutions for the exam
-I am currently working with a MNC as a software troubleshooting engineer .
-I am currently having health issue relating to vocal chords.
-Simultaneously doing working and taking class for exam

5. Position of ASC and Moon
Moon in leo at 13’32” in 12th house
Asc in Virgo at 3’33’ in 1st house.

6. Approach to Natal Chart reading (Lord = ruler)
-I have south node in the 5th house as the result of this I had constant interruption while completing the degree.
-Saturn lord of 5th situated in 2nd (Traditional Method of Lordship) so even though I had money a lot of money was wasted in term of education , money and Education.
-Education was at a slow rate as the result of Saturn aspects the 5th house.
-I also had to drop out of the College during 1 year.
-Lord (Ruler )of 9th Venus placed in 2nd house (9th House –Higher education) the higher education can he hampered if I have a relationship (I don’t have any relationship with anybody nor intend to have I am focused towards Carrier.)
-The is a bowl shape pattern in the chart leading to moon as the result of this all thing are focused to the emotional thinking . It can time make a person like me emotional so people at time can misguide me
-Since in the chart most of the planets are in the left lower half so I tend to learn thing with observation and experience.

7. Horary Chart interpretation.
-Lord of 9th is 10th house ie Mars so I am balancing the act of work and Education. Also mars is with moon in the 10th house as the result of this I tend to be caught in the middle of work and Education priority.
-The state of thinking is up and down moving at a slow rate due to placement of Saturn , Venus (Rx) and South node (Rx) . Also this indicates there will problems related to health in terms of talking since saturn lord of 6th placed in the 1st. It will take a longer time to heal .
