Horary and Transits
Hey,
I was just wondering about how much transits affect horary qestions in general. Let's take the past few weeks for example. At a point, we had Mars, Mercury, Venus, Saturn (and Uranus if your are modern school horary astrologer) were ALL in retrograde motion. Even the nodes of the moon were! Isn't it conceivable that ANY question asked at a time like this is highly likely to get an unfavorable answer?
