Occult abilities are usually shown by the following:Aspects to the Lord of H8 or to planets posited in H8, to mercury, Neptune (or both) or planets in pisces..Personally I have a square from Jupiter conjunct Uranus (cancer) to Mercury/Neptune conjunct in H10....I work as a professional psychic..and have done for over 30 years....Even though the aspect is a square (involving 4 major planets!) , it works to create these unusual abilities...In my experience, unless mercury is actively involved with the H8 then there may be no way for the clairvoyance to express itself. ok..not sure how much you trust vedic method but shadow planets in 6&12 show less sleep.
sometimes you wakeup too early before sunrise and feel 'that' energy

I honestly am not seeing much in your chart to indicate phsyic and healing abiliies right off the bat, but I would have to draw up a wheel to get a better idea.

There's varying opinions on this, but most consisitently I have found that psychi aspects often include the moon and Mercury among the personal planets, and Neptune, Jupiter, and Pluto of the outer planets. Oddly, Saturn can figure in sometimes, because of its karmic nature.

Water signs are often favored due to their intuitive-emotional-spiritual intelligence (especially if it's a water moon), but the other signs can manifest psychic abilities if aspected and placed right. Look at the 3rd, 8th, 9th and 12th houses, especially if ruled by a water sign too.

Neptune and Pisces factor in with most healing gifts. Pisces possesses a highly receptive and mutable quality that is both responive to need, empathic to woundedness and capable of "absorbing" pain and even some types of injury. Earth signs and houses can sometimes show healing gifts, even Capricorn and the 10th house.

That's just a general overview. Is there something more specific you're trying to pin down?

i cant upload my chart for some reason.
im just trying to figure out in my chart if i should pursue with psychic development or not and if so what kind???
i seem to always pic up upon peoples thoughts and feelings.have prohetic dreams and seem to now what happens next with people.

Development of any sort is just another means of growth. No one here is likely to tell you not to grow. It seems your more specifically looking for what area to grow in considering best likelihood of success. Aside from the stars follow your internal rhythm where to grow next and then too, consider your transits and how they activate the potential inherent in your birth chart. Often people are better students of anything after they first become more aware of themselves. This isn't to sound all "obi-wan" but it is to remind you in anything there are basics. Know Thyself is a good start in anything so you've come to a great place. Folks here are often more informative than you might expect.

As for healing, check out Chiron. When viewing aspects you might be intrigued by obscure minor aspects but first start with the majors. Too, keep in mind that just as we are made of different parts (mind, body, spirit, heart) so each of the elements can perceive impressions and have psychic manifestations of different sorts. Your search should include open minded evaluation of different areas and it won't hurt to journal so you can review your reflections and see in yourself what others might notice more easily but escapes you at first because you're on the inside. Too, this can help progress growth. Just some thoughts. Take them or leave them. This is just a heads up to help sort all the info you're about to process and incorporate into what you're about to do.
