Chiron in Progressed Chart Opposite Pluto on Ascendant

In a Progressed chart Pluto sits one orb from the Ascendant, Chiron sits opposite and only 1 degree from the Descendant. I assume this would bring rather substantial earth quakign changein one's life. What is your read?

Hey,

I'm not the best at predictive astrology, but I think it's not enough to just use the progressed chart. I think you should also calculate the solar arc and the solar return for the same period. The placements that repeat in more than one chart will probably be the ones whose effects you will feel. Also, consider the effect that transitting planets have on your natal chart, especially longer transits of the out planets.

Hope I've been helpful.
