Incorporation Dates
Hi everyone,
I tried to get an incorporation date from both a state's Secretary of State website and from the "Better Business Bureau," i.e. con concealer. I was able to obtain just the date the business re-incorporated under a different name. The original name and date didn't come up in the search.
Does anyone know if the original date is kept somewhere?
In this case, the re-incorporation date doesn't seem to describe the business so I'd like to see the original chart.

Re: Incorporation Dates
How do you know that it doesnt describe the business without a time for the House placements? Or do you have the time? Im just curious.

Re: Incorporation Dates
Hi Astro Teacher,
That's a good point. I was considering aspects without knowing what planets might be angular, etc.
I don't have the time. Is noon reliable as an incorporation time? I've read that's what's used.

Re: Incorporation Dates
If you dont have the time of incorporation, there is another day/time you can try to get (that is if you are refering to a business that isnt yours which i assume you are) and that is the first day they went public, some companies incorporate and dont sell shares or stocks instantly, if you can find that date I believe it would be a suitable chart. However without a time, I dont really think you will gain much information. Sorry, I hope that helps somewhat but other then that I dont know any other ideas that would help.
There is one more thing I can suggest and that would be chart rectification in its most basic form. You would have to turn the Houses hourly to check to see which placement would apply the most. However this can be quite fallible because they could have created started trading the company on a very bad astrological day and therefore you wouldnt be able to see unless something major were to happen to the company. Sorry I cant be of much more help than this. I hope this is what you were asking about.

Re: Incorporation Dates
Hi Aaron,
A private wedding election is sometimes followed by an astrologically insignificant public ceremony.
Since there was no merger but just a re-naming, I thought the business' second incorporation might be irrelevant. I'm new at this branch of astrology so I'm not sure.

Re: Incorporation Dates
If you can get the first incorporation time that would be great, however if you can only get hte second, you may have to just use that. The first chart should tell you about the company, the second incorporation should tell you about the state of the company after the second incorporation. Thats all I can tell you though, you need to find the time of incorporation (either of them).
