What does he want from me?

OK,this is a boy with whom I had a couple of things in the past.He wasn't very nice to me and did a couple(OK,more than a couple)of things which got me very upset.I decided to simply kick him out of my life and so I haven't spoke to him in a long while.

This week,he remembered I'm alive. He sent me a message about2days ago, asking how was I doing.I'm not interesting in him,I'm just curious to know what the hell does he want..We haven't talked in such a long while and we've been doing fine,I'm sure he doesn't like me so I don't know why did he have to remember me right now?I have a little idea of what he might want but he has lots of girls after him,he doesn't need to call someone who's been ignoring for the past few months and he knows I'm not that type. So,what does he want?(question asked on April4,2007,at10:00PM).

The rising is8º54',and the Moon,at8º06'Scorio,is conjunct the Ascendant from the12th,which probably means I'm being overly emotional about this.I'm Mars,at28º51'Aquarius and in the4th(security),showing that I'm being defensive, trying to protect myself from getting hurt.I'm in my term so I have some strenght(after being quite hurt I got power over myself again). He's Venus,in it's home sign and in it's natural house;basicly,he's very strong.I have the feeling he knows what he wants and he knows how to get it.Our significators make an applying square,so there will be some tension between us.

Now the Moon. The Moon's next aspect is a trine to Uranus.I guess things will end in a unexpected way...The Moon's in my face and in my term so I guess I will "win" this time lol.

OK,I did the entire horary and still have no idea about his intentions...

Re: What does he want from me?

Maybe he is getting a kick out of playing your vulnerabilities. You could actually see him as an open enemy relalting to the 7th. I know this isn't horary rules but you have a very close sextile to Pluto Scorpio's other ruler. So my thinking is maybe you have more power than you think in this matter.

Make him walk over coals to have any kind of interaction with you. Test him out see how he reacts, how would you react if your best friend treated you same way??

Re: What does he want from me?

Hey Lissa,

I wanted to point out that you may be using the wrong house for this guy. He was not a partner or a spouse. You question has to do with new communication from this guy, so try using the 3rd house to find his significator.... which is a very "sickly" Saturn on your 10th. To see if this is correct, look at your 5th and you will find Mercury (communication). From the 3rd house, his turned 1st, you can go to his 8th for motives.... that is again your 10th and his Sig Saturn. Check the aspects for Saturn and which houses they fall in in your chart and his turned chart. The trines appear to say this is self ego motivating on his part (Saturn, Jupiter, and the Sun). Saturn being on the MC also shows he has some level of authority or is much older than you are, but this should not affect you because of your 7th house. Looking at the 7th we find Venus at home with both placement and in sign... you are truly above the game and have learned to love yourself. Saturn makes a square to Venus. The Moon is considered in your 1st house, so you call the shots.

Red face Re: What does he want from me?

Lissa

I had the same question a few months ago. It is very vague .. I mean logically, it makes sense but horary cannot answer that
Try asking does he want a serious rleationship with me

If it is involving too much 5th house, then it is a fling
if 7th house and strong by significators, then it is serious

hope this helps

Re: What does he want from me?

Well it sounds like he wants something from you. But you should not give him so much. If you want something from him, lure him like he has you in the past. But if the memories you've had with him feel like your ideals haven't been in a state of communion, ask yourself if you think they will ever be. It seems you two ought to connect and get to the source of your desires.

The moon in Scorpio suggest you may have unfinished business to tend to. If you don't work this out you may be harbouring such feelings for a very long time.

Re: What does he want from me?

Hi everyone!

Thank you all for your insights (although I still have no idea about what he wants lol).

I know his not my husband, not even my boyfriend, but, keeping it simple,the7th simply signifies other people so I decided to use this house for his significator. However,Wintersprite gave me a very good idea-turning the chart and find the8th house from him to see what he wants!

Turning the chart,I can still tell he's pretty strong(his significator is in his house and in it's dignitiy).Counting the8th house from him,I end up in the2nd,ruled by Jupiter, which happens to be in the same house(alongside with Pluto)and full of strenght(in it's dignitiy).I have the feeling this means he just wants what all other guys want.My significator(Mars)is in his10th house so I'm just"means to an end".

I have the feeling this is probably true. When he sent me the first message I answered him and he only answered me back the next day;if he was the one getting in contact with me,I suppose he wanted to talk with me so why did he took so long to answer me back?I think Flea was right,he's just getting a kick out of my vulnerabilities and honestly,I don't know why;I was the one getting hurt so shouldn't I be the one trying to get back at him?Like that song..."if young love is a game then I must have missed the kickoff"...Well,I surely did...

Re: What does he want from me?

I'm curious as to why Wintersprite1 chose the 8th house to represent motives. The motives would be found by the house in which his significator is placed, and read from there. The 11th house would also be suitable, as Lilly says look to the 11th house to find what the querent's (or in this case, the quesited's) secret hopes are.

The 7th *is* the appropriate choice, as Lissa has been involved with this guy in the past, and the 7th doesn't just represent boyfriends and spouses, but also 'open enemies'. If he has treated Lissa badly in the past, this would be a good way to describe him!

Cheers,
AG

The 12th house has to do with hidden and secretive motives. This is the place to find psychological reasons on why people do things. I used the 8th because Lissa had suggested the motive to be direct and more on a conscience level with suspicions of malintent. The 12th house traditionally is ruled by Mercury/thought and the 8th by Mars/direct action.

There are methods to the madness.

Re: What does he want from me?

Hiya,

Ah, I see what you mean now. Yes, I can understand the 12th for 'things which are hidden', definitely, and 'denial', although I would view the 8th as 'suspicious motives', rather than just secret! It's an utterly dark house, associated with pain.

I think this chart needn't be so complicated.

Lissa is Mars and the Moon. The Moon and ascendant are in Via Combusta, but the moon's angularity gives her strength. Being in Via Combusta, she is full of anxiety and worry, concerned with self-preservation (on the Asc angle). He is the 7th, strongly dignified by sign and house, in his own house. He is thinking only of himself, full stop. He applies to square Lissa's Mars; by the time the square perfects, she will have moved to Pisces and have more dignity by triplicity.

The 3rd house of communications and the 4th, 'the end of the matter', is Saturn, at the midheaven, in bad shape but strongly by its angularity. Venus separates from this. Lissa/Mars is *in* the 4th house. The end of the matter has already passed its aspect with Venus/him and Lissa/Mars, and the Moon will apply by square. Lissa's Mars and Saturn are also in part-reception. Lissa's Moon applies to eventually oppose his Venus as well.

[Edit:] Saturn has also separated from Neptune there at the bottom of the chart, indicating that there was deception involved. Saturn soon turns direct again and will re-oppose Neptune; it never separates from Neptune past moiety, so deception is a re-occurring theme.

My feeling is that this is either a wind-up (3rd significator in the 'public eye' of the 10th angle) or that his motives are sexual. If we take him also as the Sun, he is placed in the 5th of pleasures, applying to the significator of the 5th, Jupiter, by trine, and Saturn as the 3rd/4th ruler. The Sun is collecting the light in the 5th. Even as the Sun, he still has his own pleasures in mind, being strong by exaltation in Aries. He's thinking of himself again, and only himself. He has the edge in this, with both his significators being in dignity.

But he has already squared that 'end of the matter', and Venus has just left a perfected square with Neptune. Dodgy motives, indeed. It is going nowhere. I hope!

Run away quickly, Lissa!
