Please tell me the combo of the last person you fell deeply in love with and how their signs related with your Venus mars signs. The most beautiful relationship I had was with a Venus in Pisces and mars in saggitarius. I'm a Venus in Taurus mars in Aries. I think what drove us falling in love so madly was the yin yang combo of pisces and Aries. My fire and his water seemed to blend perfectly even though it's not supposed to. I am very hot headed easily angered he tended to cool me down comfort me and make me feel special. We have a great relationship still, I don't think we will ever stop loving each other no matter what happens. I just feel the need to protect him and he feels the need to nourish me and love me. My mars is in Scorpio and my Venus is in Aries and the most intense relationship I've had was with a mars in Taurus and he also had Venus in Aries. Unfortunately this relationship did not end well but we do have a child together. It was very passionate and intense but the sexual attraction was not enough to keep us together in the end. Due to other issues in the chart. My fiancé now has Venus in Aquarius and mars in Sagittarius so it's not as intense of an attraction but our sun, moon and rising signs are compatible so it's a much more harmonious relationship than the last even though our sex life isn't as great...

Yeah I had an ex with venus/mars conjunct in aries - I have venus/mars conjunct in pisces. My venus/mars are in late pisces and thus made an out of sign conjunction to his venus/mars in early aries. Very intense. In my experience aries/pisces are oddly compatible... Still doesn't make sense to me why.

@ sequestra- I think reason why is because both water and fire signs are very emotional and they tend to even each other out. Where one is passive the other is dominate, where one might feel insecure the other feels confident. They tend to compliment each other in my opinion, I see neighboring fire/water signs getting along very well. Leo/cancer saggitarius/Scorpio Aries/Pisces. Maybe because opposites attract. I think the watery Venus and firery mars helps aswell. Mars and Venus are in elements they feel comfortable in

Hi Zogo. I agree with the passive/dominant union and I too have noticed neighboring signs gelling well. Interesting! I love a leo though (venus there too) and I feel that the same thing can work with fire/water across the board... But I have always been drawn to fire, I seem to need that spark. My chart is predominantly water/fire and I lack earth but it's always fire I'm into!

There is an unusual affinity that I have noticed between successive signs. I believe that when you look at the signs as a procession it actually kind of makes sense. One sign sees in the other where it's heading and the other sees where it once was. One sign plays the teacher and the other the student.

I think with Aries/Pisces its more the great-grandfather (like 90 to 100 years old), baby grandchild dynamic. Both are at places in their lives where they are removed from the pressing responsibilities that most of us face during the day. Neither is working and both have a marvelous way of embracing the simple. They both possess and seem to be linked to a boundless source of pure wisdom. They both rely on others to take care of their basic needs and thus are free to explore the realm of the mind or even explore the little things that the rest of us miss.

Of course, both Aries and Pisces people have to work, but the idea is that they are both predisposed with the same thing and that is Aries is beginning what Pisces is finishing. When you look closely, there is no real difference. An ending is a beginning.

I am a venus in scorpio and mars in gemini and my last girlfriend was a venus in leo and mars in scorpio. The sexual attraction was very powerful but we eventually figured out that wasn't enough to keep two people together. Her sun sign was a cancer also and I am a sun scorpio. Yea I personally think the signs you are supposed to get along for example me being mars in Aries I'm supposed to get along with people with Venus and mars I fire signs are you do get along with but more on a friendship basis where you two can teach each other good lessons. While as the elements your not supposed to get along with are who you are really sexually attracted to and have a capability to have a good romance with,, nonetheless arguments are more likely to arise (hence not harmonious). For example I'm attracted deeply to water signs and I have a fire mars. I see a lot of water signs attracted to air signs and have a passionate affair. It's that difference that makes one appealing to another I believe.

No I have not. It's more something that I have noticed in general about successive signs that's all. The illustration of the Pisces/Aries dynamic comes from the concept of Pisces being the last sign of the natural zodiac and Aries being the departure point.

Where did you find this information?

Looking at the fixed stars at 15 degrees Leo, there is Dubhe (The Bear) and is known for Arrogance, Astrology and psychic powers. The Star is classified as a Fortunate Star with the make up as one of Venus/Mercury/Mars combined. Verdic may see it as destructive, but since I do not study Verdic, I can not comment.

In Nicholas deVore's Encyclopedia of Astrology, the degree of 15 Leo is described as:

15°....First point of Affection: The Lion point.

Oh gosh, that is so sad, I'm sorry that this happened. I hope you are doing way better now. I think it's good to be able to let things like that go... I mean I know some people can continue fine with the friend thing, but I personally prefer a clean break. I would just find it too painful to remain friends with someone who had been my world at one point. You are so young, and the marriage was for 7 years! That in itself is pretty remarkable to me.

don't be, but thanks for understanding the sadness behind it. we weren't married for 7 years, we were together for a total of 7 years. we married at 23 and it went bust shortly after we both turned 27. we are both independent people and it surprises me sometimes to think i was once married and i could have had a family by now. but time ran out for both of us and i've accepted that and made peace with it.

yes, i am doing better now, thank you. i was going through the awful motions the 1st year after and by the 2nd year i was starting to feel a bit better. before the 3rd year hit, i felt like i had matured and regained my strength and decided i wanted love again, i wanted to set forth the foundations to find love again so i moved back to where i'm from, the city i love, los angeles (i was living in san francisco before... the city where i got divorced GRRRRR). i told my dad that i was going to move back to la and he was glad to hear that i was getting out of my bad funk. my dad wanted me to buy a condo, or at least start to set forth the foundations to have a family. my dad was excited, he thought that there's a good chance that he'll be a grandfather. but even now, about to hit the 4th year mark, i still cannot fathom finding anyone and having a family. there are a lot men who are very lazy, damaged and/or are players. i cannot put up with that nor should i. i worked hard to clear out my baggages and to balance things so my mate must be my equal or else i'm content with being solo. i've been single forever and haven't gone on a date in oh... what? 9 months now? long time. i just admitted to myself that my divorce wiped me out and i'm still feeling its effects even now. in some ways, yes, i'm doing much better. in other ways, i feel like i got pushed down the rabbit hole and i'm just starting to climb up for air. saturn in libra definitely taught me to weather loneliness.

My most intense relationship I've ever had is with the man I'm married to. We've been married for nearly 8 years and together for 9 years. Thank you for sharing your story, it is so good to know you are on the way up again. I know how arduous this sort of thing can be both to endure and recover from (had a similar experience with an ex fiance), but it really does sound as if you've undergone so much beneficial growth throughout.

I can also 100% relate to what you say concerning the dating front - I can't date either, never could. I've just fallen into all of my significant relationships, oddly, and it's always been intense from start to finish. I couldn't do the light and fluffy philandering sort of love thing. There have been periods where I have really wished that I could, but I can't.

It's a great gift to be comfortable enough in yourself to fly solo at times. I think it's more than likely you will end up with someone on equal terms with who you can share a life though, I can tell you have a lot to offer
