What an interesting grouping. Is this for real?
The planet closet to the midheaven is about career, Uranus there means you follow your own drummer and dislike pre-prescribed routes, you like to do your own thing your own way and might be a bit of a rebel. Moon in 3rd is good, Moon likes to be in 3rd and suggests a career in communications. Your love life should be full of meaning with pluto in the 8th but you must take care that it does not become a power struggle, as pluto can be about that, but pluto rules the 8th and they say a happy dignified planet is one with good returns in life. Jupiter is in it's joy in Cancer I believe. No, with my limited knowledge I say is a good chart, but all that blending of these different planets well who can say how that will manifest.
