a bit confused about this person's birth chart particulary in love and marriage area?

do you think he'd have a long term relationship and settle down happily?
some aspects were confusing. for eg. he has venus in cancer but its opposed to neptune and uranus. what does it mean?
would he meet his soul mate? if so where is he most likely to meet his partner?
i've attached his birth chart below as thumbnail.
