hello, i am a survivor of a terminal lung disease and have been burdened with living dependant on iv and oral meds since 1996; at that time i was given three months to live; i am happy to be alive altho i have been very depressed since then because i lost my career; my friends and any prospect of love; i began a difficult journey in trying to live and hold the parties responsible for neglecting my care, this burden has been growing for 15 years; the people i went to for help neglected me and almost killed me and then the person i went to for legal help ignored my case and botched it; i found someone to help me with this again; but i cant carry this burden so easily any more; this is what has brought me here; my question is:

when will i win my case and recoup my life and losses?

thank you to all who have read and offered help but i am still at a loss of whether my question is answered..i am so discouraged i dont want to go on living...i am in misery emotional and physical..just want pain to stop because i have lost everything --- when will i win my case and recoup my life? thank you to all who help me....my spirit is losing in this battle.

Oh dear! Apologies to you as I had intended to come back to that chart after I posted it. Let's take a look and see what there is to see.

Really, you are quite strong in this chart being signified by Saturn exalted and your co-significator, the Moon, in it's own sign and angular.

That the Sun and Saturn were square and the Moon under the sun's beams shows the recent stress to both the body and mind. However, the Sun is leaving that square so the condition should be improving. The Moon, on the other hand, is applying ot the Sun, so this shows the weakness or root of this matter is in the mind and, as you said, low spirits.

Knowing this, you can work on those faculties through visualization, meditation, affirmations and related works. Also, you may want to consider remedies like the Bach Flower Remedies or F.E.S. Flower Essences. Right now, Sweet Chestnut and Wild Rose would benefit but, you could also consider Cherry Plum, Elm, Gorse and Olive. But certainly the first two.

As for recouping losses; it will take time and will not be speedy but possible because your own significator, Saturn, is about to sextile Fortuna. Jupiter is not well-placed so it may only be a partial recovery of assets but, beneficial nonetheless.
