A little drama has been happening and of course, I turn to horary.

Will my friend see through the lie that has been told?

Here's the chart:

Here's my take.

I am the querant... so I am 8Cap so I am Saturn (self-disciple - and I have kept my mouth shut knowing both the liar and the recipient of the lie) and Saturn is in the 7th house so this chart is ineffective because I have tainted it.

So basically I am not to know? Is that right?

I do not know the exact degree of cusp, but check it out if Sa are less than 5 degrees of 8 house cusp, it is consider as in 8 house not in 7 house (Regiom.houses). So you can read chart.
I am not sure if I understand question. You lie and you think that your friend knows that? If that is the case, you look 1 house ruler and Moon for you and ruler of 11 for your friend. Moon and Ma rx go to trine that is "yes" answer if rulers have power (dignities).

Actually the lies were about me... I was not the liar or the recipient. It was an enemy of mine who lied to a friend of mine. The lies have caused my friend to cut off communication to me. I was just wondering if she would see through the lies. There was more than one lie if that makes a difference.

In that case your enemy is represent with Moon (ruler of 7) and friend is Ma (ruler of 11H), Moon will trine Ma so it seams that she believes him. But Moon has two hard aspects, so watch out which rulers are in play maybe you can define what will happen.
In this chart your ruler is only Sa. Check out its aspects.

The moon has a hard aspect to Jupiter and the sun... so that means my enemy's luck is running out and they will be exposed soon... but I have probably lost a friend since there is no aspect to Sa.

I never even thought to look at the time...

OK so my enemy will first be exposed by the sun (the fastest moving object) and her luck will run out by Jupiter both squares are in the 9th house... so the moon is in the 1st house... that means it is angular... Whoa... so that is 4 days???

Oh to be a fly on the wall... this has been the most interesting experience. It shows me what damage an insecure, addictive person can do to your reputation.

Thanks Goca for the lesson and website... I am trying to understand the examples on there...

As I see Moon is at 16:53 and Ju is at 26:43 that is 10 not, 4 days!
