Will we divorce each other...HELP please!

I have 3 weeks left for my divorce to finalize and I would like to ask 'Will our divorce finalize in 3 weeks' or is there an indication that I might end up cancelling it (if circumstances change in our relationship within that time frame). Sometimes I feel like he's not the right person for me; sometimes I feel that it was just a tough one year marriage (technically a year an a half marriage, but he's been away for 7 months) and things could get better now that he has returned to the US (but to a different state... he was supposed to return to me after taking care of some business there with a friend). I'm really desperate to know where we're headed with the divorce in such a short period of time. I'm in a tough situation and it's due to external circumstances in most part that are making me feel that we were doomed from the beginning. Sometimes I feel like he loves me, and sometimes I feel like he does not...but he says that he does always. It's a sad situation, but i rather be prepared and armed for what's coming...really tired of it all.
Haven't heard from him (doesn't respond to emails) for a week as we argued.
