read my chart for marriage

Dr Farr,my lot of marriage sits at 12 degrees of Scorpio,in my natal that's positioned at the cusp of house 10/11.

Also,am I supposed to look into the progressed chart or the natal chart + transits for marriage? In my progressed chart last year I had Scorpio as my rising and was failing at relationships.

Would really appreciate if you please gave this a look! x

For me, using whole sign house, the WLOM is in the 11th house, a fortunate position (11th = house of friends, friendship, gains and the Good Spirit)

By Pauline profection, and taking in addition to the WLOM in the 11th house, also the marriage house (7th house), then prime potential marriage years of life would be:

Also, since Mars is significator of the WLOM, whenever Mars transits through Scorpio or through Cancer, during ANY year of life, that could be a potential time for marriage; also, each and every year when Venus transits through Scorpio or Cancer, that might also be a potential time for marriage.

Relative to progressions, whenever:
Venus progresses to the degree of the WLOM
or
Mars progresses to the degree of the WLOM
or
the Moon (lord of the natal 7th house) progresses to the degree of the WLOM

...then that time (in any year of life) could be a potential favorable time for marriage.
