I just read on another website that a Venus placement in the 11th house indicates wealth? My Venus is in the 11th house. However, can I assume that this "11th house = great chance at wealth" won't apply to me because my very harsh & unlucky chart has Venus as negatively aspected (my Venus is retrograde, I have Venus Opposition a late 4th house Saturn retrograde which is interpreted as being in the 5th house, in a T-square with my 8th house Leo Moon)?

i've actually heard about venus in 11th indicates a good chance of wealth...but it may not be wealth in the traditional sense of money.
i think since your venus is retrograde, "wealth" can happen for you when you're older and only after you've worked long and hard for it and continue to be responsible (venus opp saturn)

Please, some clarity on this issue...How would Venus in the 11th relate automatically to wealth...never heard that before...there would have to be other factors adding to the Venus, is my understanding...it would depend largely on the sign and aspects of the planet, because very often Venus can be connected with financial hardship...but as was said, wealth does not have to be in the form of 'money'...many who hold the expectation of being wealthy end up being sorely disappointed...
It appears that you might be expecting the 'ideal woman': yet again you must be cautious about who you actually put your trust in: the cardinal rule in choosing a partner, is that first and foremost, they must be trustworthy. There is much more to be considered in analyzing your chart, but this should give you some initial guidelines to think about, even if it doesn't seem applicable at this stage of your journey.
The indications of your Venus are definitely not pointing to financial wealth, with all the negative aspects involved with it...your destiny does seem tied up with 'resources' however I think that might just be in terms of you carrying false or unrealistic beliefs that need to be changed.
