How to determine time for major relationship?

I have been single a very long time and fine with that but am feeling old (!) and now really interested in creating a life partnership. Maybe Pluto on my Dsc is putting the pressure on!
When I have had major relationships, both Saturn and Jupiter have been transitting my chart angles and the progressed moon in a mutable sign (also triggering the angles). I would REALLY appreciate feedback about the possibility of major relationship in next couple yrs. because it is hard for me to be objective about this and I don't really have experience with progressions and the solar arc chart. Birth data: 3/8/55 12:20 pm est, 35N03/85W18. What I see is this:

In progressed chart, Merc, ruler of natal 1st and 4th, opposes Saturn, ruler of 8th (saturn in 5th natally).
In prog chart Merc is in 10th, saturn in 4th. To me this is major because it involves chart ruler and Saturn plus angular houses and ruler of 8th - a house of major changes. In 2008, prog Merc, ruler of natal 1st and 4th, sextiles natal Jupiter which rules natal 7th house and is in 1st house
(very close to 2nd house cusp) natally. Also progressed lunar return happens (4th house moon). When I got married long ago, Mars was in the same place as Merc will be (opposing Saturn, sextiling Jupiter, ruler of 7th). Jupiter was transitting the 10th house (conjunct Sun, trine itself and Saturn) and Saturn was conjunct Jupiter.

Major transits: Uranus is now conjuncting 10th house Sun, opposing 4th house Moon, Pluto crossing 7th house cusp conjuncts north node and part of fortune and sextiles Neptune in 5th and trines Pluto in 3rd, and in a yr. or so - trines Mars. (I know that Uranus and Pluto are not the best transits to begin a serious relationship!) Laster this year, Saturn crosses my nadir and conjuncts the natal 4th house Moon in 2008.

In terms of houses I see an emphasis on 4th, 10th,7th and on rulers of 1, 4, 7, 8th houses. FYI: I now live at 35W36/82N33. THANKS -- for any feedback!

Re: How to determine time for major relationship?

You will have a major relationship in the year when your Solar Return contains a strong aspect to the Ascendant, and your secondary progressed chart and/or your Solar Arc chart either contains a strong aspect to the Ascendant or a strong Sun/Venus or Sun/Node aspect at the same time.

You have transiting Pluto opposite your Ascendant now? Scary. I wouldn't expect anyone you'd want to spend the rest of your life with to show up during that transit. Love, joy, and peace are not very compatable with that transit.
