Has he checked my blog?

I'm a bit paranoid now as I'd like to know whether he's checked my blog.It's not completely private and I know a couple of mutual friends who are aware of the blog,but I'd like to know whether he's aware of it.I'm asking this because he's been posting stuff and mentioning things close to what I've posted there.
I'm Saturn and He's Moon
I'm in House 9 and he's in House 7/8 cusp.There's an adjoining sextile between the Moon and Saturn.

I'm not sure how to interpret the internet or a blog on this.Will someone please give this a look?

I know next to nothing about horary, but there's some interesting symbology here that I'd like to run past you.

He's the Moon in the 8th house which is secretive, being out of view from the ascendant.

You're up in the very top of the chart which would suggest 'exposure', ie, you're highly 'visible'.

I've noticed something,since he's on house7/8 cusp on my chart,since it'll be inverted for him,it'd be house 2/1.But house 6 on his sun which when inverted will be house 12 which could denote secrets,which had a separating trine to my saturn.

I don't think he has. Your blog is represented by Jupiter and he is the Moon. There is no applying aspect between them. The Moon receives Jupiter by triplicity and face, so there is a chance that he may know about it or will in the future. Jupiter is in his 11th house of friends, so maybe a friend of yours mentioned or will mention your blog and/or its content to him. But I don't think there was an actual action on his part regarding your blog.

I think he has.. Antiscia of Jupiter-Mercury are on each other - Your 3rd rulers of communication. Antiscia points to something hidden as it would be regarding this question. Notice also Mars right on his 3rd cusp with mutual reception with Mercury, both aspected in the past and Mercury now moving away. He checked out the blog 2 units ago, 2 days or weeks., possibly.
