Will you like to elaborate your health concerns, since when you are facing problem.
Currently you are passing through a Mahadasha of Saturn and Anterdasha of Ketu (27-2.2012 onwards), if you can elaborate your issues, will be better.

You are very energetic, but aggressive. Your this aggression/energy has been afflicted by Saturn. Your Saturn is Retro (Vakri). That's why you are having hypertension/BP issue.
Mars and Saturn are affecting your 4th house (area related to upper chest, heart)
5th house is also in the axis of Rahu/Ketu, that is also reflecting veins/heart etc.
4th and 5th Lord is Saturn, and is afflicted by Mars.
So, Blood Pressure and heart related issue is must.
6th Lord Jupiter is in 2nd house (your loans if any are cleared or pending) if any and are pending try to clear at the earliest.
Your current dasha is Saturn/Saturn/Rahu ( I am sorry in my earlier post I mentioned Saturn/Ketu), and during the period of illness, Rahu/Ketu helped to identify the disease.
Your problem might have started since Jun/Jul 2011, which you had identified in April or aggravated in April 2012.
Anyways, don't worry.
1. Do as per medical advice.
2. Take care of Saturn and Mars.

thanks for such a indepth reading. can u pls tell when all this issue will be resolved and the upayas. my mind too is very stressed. i feel panicky go to the doc and there is nothing and then come back and iam fine.

appreciate ur fast responses. ca u pls suggest any remedies since i know nothing about saturn and mars upayas except that i go to shiv tempe on mondays and saturdays to pay my respects ........

when does this dasha saturn/saturn/rahu finish or by when will i get relief from my present health problems. i am doing yoga and meditation daily thinking it might help.

For, Saturn, you can do some Pooja, and take blessings from Saturn. For Mars, on any Tuesday, you can offerc Chola to Hanumanji, or If you can do Bajrangaban and Hanumanchalisa on daily basis, if daily basis is not possible, then at least on Tuesday.
But if you can offer chola (Hanuman ji ko Chola chadhana), will be good for you.
Follow Dr's advice and if you are doing Yoga, then is good.
Avoid excitement.

hi

at present we r in a rented house facing south for the past 3 yrs. now we plan to shift(rent) to a north east facing house in the same complex. what would u advise. will that help health and other factors/aspects of life.

wid my health issue now should we shift? after july 7th will i find some relief in my health ?

iam doing the upayas as told by you doing hanuman chalisa daily. want to clarify one thing the chana gud chadana to hanumanji is on tueday or sat?

with diet and yoga i have lost quite a bit of weight and a feeling better. but still not completely 100%. and that weighs heavy on my mind i constantly feel sth unwanted is going to happen and get a sinking feeling in my chest. is it because of the dasha.

do i look fwd to things improving as per my present dashas and birth chart.

pls put datelines it gives me hope to look fwd to sth.

For Hanumanji, day is Tuesday, if you want then can do on Saturday also.
Slowly and gradually you will be better and better.

It has been quite some time since i last wrote. we had been discussing my health earlier. iam feeling muh bette than we what started off with.

this month i got shani mangal shanti pooja and later mahamrityunjay path at home.

i wanted to know how long is my present dasha abt health going to last? when will i be completely healed?
