i looked that main significators not have aspe ts to tell yes in your question but he is mercury exaltat. moon so he cares you but he is busy in himself mercury in his first house and his second significator sun...i dont know if the conjuction of moon sun help the situation...to tell us..yes

I dont know much about horary astrolology, but I notice that mercury and moon have a mutual reception , jupiter is in mercury sign and mercury is in the sign of jupiter exaltation ... so this is generaly good position, means maybe that we are interested in each other... but i dont like house position... all my significators are in six house (that is his twelfth house) ... so my interpretation is that he maybe want secret relationship with me... My horary question was will we create EMOTIONAL bond? I'm suspicious about that... because he had emotional blockages when we were dating ... which significator tells about emotions ? moon? or maybe fourth house ruler?
