As a homeopathic doctor, I can state that if you are past your adolescent years, homeopathic therapeutics-even constitutional homeopathy-is very unlikely to increase physical height: the spine can be strengthened, certainly, but actual physical growth stimulation, when past puberty years, is not to be anticipated through homeopathic (or, to my knowledge, any other natural health enhancement system of therapeutics)
