According to Vedic Method, my observations are-
I will suggest, its a chart of job oriented person, good for Administration, I think direction of your profile is already decided. This is the period you will be in your profile direction.
Intelligent, but too much talkative, Mars in 6th house, Saturn in 12th- Judiciary or related field (But this combination is related to blood, sickness, scissors, hospitals etc Dr. too) can not be ruled out. I will suggest for Line related to Judiciary.
Please confirm, what is your line of direction (I will like to correct me, if required)

im not very talkative (mercury square chiron)
mercury conjunct pluto in scorpio, 8th house (others people resources) plus moon and venus in cappy. im very good at dealing with business, anything I can buy i know where i can sell it for more money

pluto is about to conjunct my moon, im a little bit worried 
i have noticed that whenever saturn or progressed moon transit the stellium something terrible happens =/

im 19, what ever career i have it would have nothing to do with my education(i study occult/black arts but this doesnt count as education i guess )
i think that i relete to girls too nice, i idealize(venus neptune aspect) any girl(venus moon uranus aspect) but it is hard for me to be in a relationship :/
