Germany is the Asc and Greece is Dsc. Sagittarius is in the Asc, so Jupiter is the lord is in 7th house (whole houses), tht;s sounds very good for Germany. Gemini in the Desc, ruler Mercury in 8th house (whole houses), that's too bad for Greece.

I think 2nd house here as even number cusp means chiron is here wounded as the underdog or visitor which I would suppose is greece, and good for the betting favorite which is germany. But the healing may come in financial terms for greece and euro, following vote of new democratic leader this week as well. Games and public events are often intertwined, but rarely as interesting as this one is.

To win sympathy? Do Greece need sympathy? We don't need sympathy. After all, lets not talk about bail out and money, lets talk about football. And as i already said in a previous post, Greeks need just a reason to celebrate for one night, even that reason is just a sport game.

The game starts (germany) in about 4.5hrs, and just got back from the supermarket and the line-up was full with everyone buying up the last crisps, coke and beer!

The newspaper headlines read;

If we analyze this only by team colours... As in the previous game, both Greece and Germany have the same coloured standard shirts - white! The away shirt for Greece is blue, while the away shirt for Germany is green. Either way, I'd attribute Saggitarius/Jupiter to the darker coloured team and Gemini/Mercury to the light coloured one.

We could also attribute the "home team" (the one wearing white) to the ASC or the generally favourite one to the ASC aswell...

The scenario is a bit similar to the one in the Portugal-Czech game... Only the Moon is in Leo, not conjuncting Mercury anymore, so Mercury is significantly weaker now that it is not so strongly influenced by the dignified light of the Moon. However it still receives the Moon by face, which gives this team a slight advantage. I'd say Mercury is still stronger than Jupiter as it receives it by exaltation, while Jupiter receives Mercury by dignity and term but it's also in detriment (even though it's in own face, the detriment makes this team a lot more cautious and in a weaker position than the other).

The Moon receives Mercury by term and Jupiter by face... So I believe both teams may score in this game but, as the reception with Mercury is stronger, I believe Mercury will be the winner team. And, once again, Mercury is in an angular (more offensive) house, while Jupiter is in a fixed (more deffensive) house. Also, the dispositor of the Moon is the Sun, which is in the 7th house, conjunct DSC. Also, they have the North Node in their 5th house of how they play the game and the South Node is in Jupiter's 5th house, tighlty conjuncting it too. And again, the Moon is opposed to POF, which indicates a win for the DSC team.

The hardest part here is to attribute the ASC and DSC to which team hehe... Portugal wore white yesterday but this was also their "away" team shirt, so they were clearly the DSC. Now, the white team in this game will be the "home" team... So not sure. Jupiter's condition sure resonates with Greece's position at the moment, looked at as the underdogs and theorically a weaker team than Germany. I suspect they will be the white team today though, as Germany hasn't worn yet their "away" kit and Greece did against Poland. We'll see how it turns out!

UPDATE: Germany is the white team and Greeks are the blue! If we go by colours only, Germany wins. If we take Germany as being the home and also the favourite team (ASC), Greece has a good chance to win! Either way, this will be good to sort out which technique I'll be using in future games.

Germany won! 4-2. So I believe they were the DSC team. It does make sense to use colours to attribute the ASC/DSC to teams, as the ASC is all about appearance and how we are represented physically... So will keep trying that technique in the next games!

This is not an easy one... France's standard team kit is dark blue and Spain's is red. So I'll attribute Capricorn (red) to Spain and Cancer (blue) to France, even though the Moon is in Leo, which suggests red and brighter colours... I believe it can signify a royal blue aswell, which is the case.

Looking at this chart, I think we will see a more reserved Spain than what we're used to. Saturn is retro and in a fixed house, while the Moon is in an angular one... Also Saturn's dispositor - Venus - is also retro... So I can see Spain focusing on their defense skills todays. However, Saturn is still in an angular sign, so the attack will be there (they will probably put their bets on the counter-attack).

In spite of the retro position, I do believe that Saturn is in a better shape than the Moon... Saturn is exalted and conjunct the extremelly benefic fixed star Spica and the Moon receives Saturn by detriment, which indicates that Spain will likely be able to give trouble to France. The French will have a hard time on controlling the spanish team but they will give them a good fight, as it is shown by their own ruler in the 1st house. If they lose, they will do so with dignity.

Both the North Node and POF are in Spain's 10th house of their ability to win this game and reputation gained throughout the game... So the luck is with them.

Here's the chart for England vs Italy:



Italy's standard team kit is blue, while England's standard team kit is white. So, looking at this chart, I'd say Italy is probably best represented by the ASC - therefore Saturn - and England by the DSC - therefore the Moon.

Now, it's very interesting that the DSC is right on the exact same degree as the mostly benefic fixed star Sirius. This combined with an angular positioned Moon in the 1st house (and its dispositor also being in their 1st), I believe we should be expecting an agressive and offensive England, but not exactly due to impulsive actions, this will be their strategy... They will still be cautious but also may have opportunities to make unpredictable moves, due to the mutable condition of this Moon. However, Italy is too being influenced by the positive energies of a fixed star, Spica, which is a great sign for protection and good-fortune. I think it won't be surprising for us to see England attacking more in this game, as both Saturn and its dispositor, Venus, are in a retro situation, which can indicate a more deffensive attitude.

Looking at the position of both planets, we can see that Saturn is exalted and the Moon is in its own triplicity, so both are strong teams. I think Italy will have a better technical play but England will likely be more able to score. Notice that Saturn squares the Moon's dispositor and the ruler of their 5th house of how they play the game, Mercury. I think they will find difficulties in handling England's offensive play.

I'm a bit torn on this one... While I see good chances for England to score, I also see the luck factor with Italy. So I think Italy has a good chance to win this!

This time I'll see if I can predict when the goals are likely to be scored at aswell... Only in the 1st half though, as for the 2nd half we would need the minutes that the referee adds after the 45 mins in the 1st half! I will be using the method given in the site I mentioned some posts ago:

Anyway, from that method, those are the approximatted times when goals can be scored... Not all of those times will be goals, of course, lol! We'll see how or if that works...

Both Portugal and Spain standard team shirts are red, so one of them will have to use their "away" team shirts. Portugal's is white and Spain's is turquoise. This clearly suggests that the ASC in Capricorn is the red team and the DSC in Cancer is the white or turquoise team. Personally, I suspect that Portugal will be the "home" team and Spain the "away" team, not only because Portugal just had a game where they used their "away" kit and Spain hasn't used theirs for a while but also because the game has been promoted as "Portugal vs Spain", as opposed to "Spain vs Portugal". But ultimatelly, we'll only know for sure when the game starts, of course.

Anyway, in this chart we have the red team represented by Saturn and the white/turquoise represented by the Moon. Not only both are in the same sign - Libra - but they are also in the same house (8th for the ASC team, 2nd for the DSC team), a fixed one. So I suspect that both teams will have a very similar approach to this game... And this will actually probably be a fairly balanced game, both teams are likely to have a good amount of ball possession (although, as we all know, this is how Spain usually controls and gets the advantage in the game ). Also, I think both teams will show a great and solid deffense on this game, as suggested by their fixed house position... But Libra is cardinal sign, so both will be offensive whenever they get the chance to. I trully think this will be a great match to watch!

Eventually, I do believe that the victory is with the ASC team... The North Node is in their 10th house and right there conjuncting their MC, which represents their ability to win the game and reputation, and the MC of the DSC team is tightly conjunct the most malefic fixed star existing... Algol. This is not a good influence at all for this team. While Spica, etc, brings immense good-fortune to the ASC team, Algol brings quite a lot of bad-luck to the DSC team and, more importantly, is right there influencing their ability to win the game. I also see that the Moon is conjunct POF, even if by a much larger difference than the conjuction with Saturn, and this, in a normal chart, generally gives the victory to the ASC team. However, in this chart, the Moon is represented by the DSC team... So this must bring them some kind of positiveness in a certain moment on the game. Perhaps they will be able to score aswell or even score first than the ASC team! We'll see how this manifests into their game...

Ultimatelly, I think the victory will go to the red team!
