Will my new workout routine be successful?
I've watched myself gain 20-25 pounds over the past 5 years (most of which was packed on within the last 2 years). I feel that I must make a decision right now for the rest of my life. Either become healthy and fit, or be a fat slob. At 185 lbs., I'm no fatty, but I do want to lose this pot belly. I have recently began jogging and playing baseball to get back into shape, and I may also join a gym.
But will I be successful? Will I stay committed to the workout plan? Will I lose the weight in the location that I want to? I want to lose 20 pounds by September 1st, and have a flat tummy.
How does this show in Horary? I know next to nothing about horary, is this a 6th house issue? Which planet represents me? Ascendant in Virgo (health), and Mars in the first helps, right?
