Composite chart help? Most intense connection I've ever felt...

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone would be kind enough to give me some guidance in looking at this composite chart (or if I've posted the wrong type of chart, please let me know and I'll redo). I have an appreciation for astrology but when it comes to the more advanced stuff, I get lost.

I met a man just (very) recently, and we both felt as though a ton of bricks had hit us at first sight. It was the most intense feeling he's ever had, and I felt incredibly at peace and at home in his presence. We spent a week straight together but had to go back to our respective homes, far, far away. We're attempting to try this out as a relationship because it seems we have little choice, considering the intensity of our feelings.

It was also like meeting myself in many many ways, and he describes our connection the same way. We both had the same feeling immediately that the struggles we've been through in the past and the lessons we've learned with other partners were in preparation for our meeting. I am a highly rational person, and while I love to consider the possibility of soul mates, fated meetings, etc...I've never truly, fully, believed or felt something like this. We do both come from a unique background of parents of the same spiritual order, but until very recent, we haven't met (unless we were infants). I'm 29, he's 31, and here's some highlights of us as individuals:

Rising: Pisces

There is an undeniable karmic or past life connection between us. I've felt such before but never like this. I am looking for some insight into what our composite chart has to say... and would LOVE input if anyone's willing.

I believe every relationship is karmic and a past life connection. If it matters to you, it is important.

Is there some kind of work relationship between the two of you?

South Node in Capicorn conjoints Midheaven. Ruler of midheaven in Libra in 6th House? I think this indicates that you are feeling at ease working with this man. I suppose it is 'a past life experience'.
You will need some kind of distance in the way that you will try to 'build' a relationship. Maybe you will think that you will be able to 'organise a life' with him.

North Node in Cancer conjoint IC and ruler of IC, Moon in House 5, shows that this relationship will teach you to be more emotional involved and just have fun with each other. Not to plan anything ahead but just let it flow.

Is it easy for you to be totally open with some one, not as much in a sexual way but on an emotionally level?
Do you feel that you can be restricted when it comes to relationships, not only this one, but the ones you had before?

I think that having Sun, Moon and Venus in Virgo, an earth sign, makes you a kind of realistic and rational person, rather than being some one that flows easily.

This person will certainly make you more emotional. And if you are not that 'emotionally-minded', it can be a challenge.

Of course it also depends on your own birth chart. Is the composite affecting your chart?
For example does the composite Sun or Moon conjoint your Radix Descendant?

I also believe that most relationships we encounter are "karmic" in essence, I guess I've simply never felt one this strong and definite. At this point there is no working relationship between the two of us, we met through family (close family), but both sense an ability to accomplish a lot with the addition of one another. (We also got that insight from a few different people who knew us both and sensed the connection).

In response to feeling at ease with him, absolutely. I've never felt so at ease with someone else in my life, and never as quickly. It was instant, we were attached at the hip, and there was no thought to it.

^About this...would you be willing to speak more to this? At this time we live across the ocean from one another, but have decided to see what can happen and try to be together, opening ourselves up to new futures. I don't know what this will mean, where, how, but it feels right to try. But, I have gotten the sense that we're both focusing a lot on figuring out the details about how to physically combine our worlds in the future, and "organizing a life" together sounds on point to a lot of our talks.

I have an extremely difficult time being emotionally open and vulnerable, it's something I've struggled with through-out my life, both in romantic and platonic relationships. I've been doing a lot of self-exploration in the recent couple of years, this past year especially, and have come far, but I still find it uncomfortable to put myself out there. But, with this man, it's been much easier and more natural than ever before. Whether that's due to our connection, or my own self-work, or both, I don't know...? I am not emotionally-minded, but before meeting him it's been a major goal and focus of mine to work towards getting in touch with my emotional side and feeling more at ease with emotionalism. I feel like he's entered my life, in a sense, to assist me with this.

Your last points I'm unaware of, I'm sorry, I'm a novice with astrology, but fascinated and learning. If you'd point me how to find those things, I'd be happy to.

That's interesting! I was just thinking of some other examples/composites. I am starting to believe that this kind of relationships starts with an encounter what the future would be like if you work things out.
'Close family' is what your composite North Node stands for.
After this delightful insight, a time of healing will start, there will be circumstances that refer to your composite South Node. If you are willing to work, you will reach the purpose which your composite North Node promises. It may be with this person or maybe not.
Relationships are meant for your personal growth.

That's okay. Do whatever you feel you should or must do. You can't go wrong
I think by looking at the composite that it will comfort you both if you organise or plan your future.
Although never forget that you will always have that emotional connection. You are one, always, whatever happens, even when you are separated by absolute distance or realistic and rational stuff.

I believe, both. Because you worked on yourself, he came into your life.

Besides a composite chart, there is a synergy chart: how does his birth chart affects your chart.

A synergy chart shows in what way you will be touched by some one.
A composite chart shows the meaning of your relationship.
The composite chart has many planets in house 6, like Pluto and Saturn.
I believe the meaning of your chart is that you will learn to become more emotional involved with some one (North Node in Cancer conjoint IC), just for the fun of it, Moon in House 5.
Pluto and Saturn in House 6, I guess there will some nursing or daily work involved.

Besides the composite and synergy chart, I always look at how the composite chart affects the birth chart of some one.

Your Ascendant = 11˚37 Pisces, right?
The Moon of the composite is on 9˚45 Virgo, so it is close (orb smaller than 3˚) to your Descendant.

When a planet or strong point (asc, ic, desc, mc) in the composite is touching your birth chart, there is a connection in the way that the composite/relationships gives your birth chart that point/planet extra energy.

Because your Descendant is touching more the Composite Moon than the Sun, I believe you are more effectuated by the Composite Moon.

The Composite-descendant is touching your Jupiter in Scorpio in the 8th House = this relationship gives you the option to grow (Jupiter) in a transformational way (Scorpio/house 8).

To give you a full report, I have to analyse a lot more - I don't have the time for that. This was just a brief insight.

composite sun in the house of romance is beautiful!

i think it would be helpful to post a synastry chart and select vertex and juno, orbs down to 70%. the composite chart is a chart of the relationship, whereas a synastry chart can give insight on how you'd interact with each other. both virgo suns and moons.. wow... you must really 'get' each other on a fundamental level.

Thank you PlutonicAnna, again, for your insight. Everything you've said hits home; only a couple of days into knowing one another, he told me that he felt as though he'd been learning lessons and "preparing" to meet me for years, and it all suddenly made sense. I felt the same way. We've discussed how much transformation potential we feel meeting has presented us with at length, and we're on the same page as far as giving one another the space to learn and grow. It's a beautiful feeling, finding someone who I feel gets and accepts me so much, regardless of where it leads.

Yes! We really do get one another soooo fundamentally. We're both still somewhat in shock at how much we do, and so many conversations we've had have erupted in laughter about how it seems we don't need to talk, because we just speak what's on the other's mind.
