Chiron healing or not in synastry?

Chiron is in 10th house, natally opposite Saturn in 4th.

But what if someone's Jupiter/Uranus exact conjunction is exact in conjunction to my Saturn?

Does it turn Saturn softer or in contrary, making it 'bigger' (Jupiter) and 'exploding' it (Uranus)?
