Will and when I will receive the letter?

My daughter ask question: "Will and when I will get that (important) letter?
data: 1.oct.2005. time:6:15pm zone gmt+2h Beograd, 20e29, 44n48. She did not tell me what kind of letter is it.

A got ASC at 9Ar01, so my daughter is Ma rx at 23Ta24 considering as in 2H and Moon at 18Vi45 in her 6H. I surmise it is something about some service she did(Moon in 6H), she is programme enginner. Letter is the matter of 3 house, so ruler is Me at 18Li52 in 7H. Moon and Me do not have aspect but both applay to Pl at 22Sag02 in 9H. I immediately ask her if it is some letter from foreigner country and she answerd "yes". So I saw I was on the right way. I told her that she will get that letter but she immediately ask "when". I look at Moon and Pl defference in degrees and get 3:17 and than check out defference between Me and Pl and it was nearly the same 3:10. I first look at Moon, I thought it is more important when it comes to timing, and as Moon is in mutable sign and in cadent house I answer her "for 3 weeks". She said:"Look again at chart, you miss something I expect letter for 3 days!". I looked again at chart and realised that on angles are cardinal signs, that is idicator of immediate action! And Me, ruler of 3H (letter) is in angular house and in cardinal sign, that is days not weeks, of course! So we agree that for 3 days she will get letter. She call me on 3.oct about 19:30h and tell me that she got letter. She was very happy!
