Interesting lineup of of transits

Hi all, I'm new to the astrology community but i've been reading charts for a few years as a recreational hobby. I'm still not anywhere near ready to call myself advanced though. I have an interesting line of up planets transiting my 12th house right now and i'm also vying with one other person for for a major promotion at work. Luckily, all of the transits to those planets in my 12th are very good transits which would coincide with me getting the job with no problem. However I have been informed that the hiring manager is really torn on the decision and has delayed it a few days because of this. I'm shocked to hear this as I have 5 years past experience doing this new role as well as many awards for my acheivements over the last few years and the other candidate has none of this! I'm curious to have a third party compare the charts and give an opinion.
I have the astrological transits of both myself and the other candidate and I was wondering in your opinion which of us would most likely be chosen and why? The charts are attached. Any opinions would be appreciated as it will also help me to understand astrology better.
