Will I ever be in a relationship/ or even a long lasting friendship

I am 32 female and have never been in a relationship. (I have only been on 3 dates. In the past, I have never made first move nor have other men approched directly. I have tried online dating but almost all seem to not really connect--we decide to meet but they cancel (MEN and women)

Currently, I'm interested in one woman and she knows about it...she is shy and I guess not really interested since she wont say anything about it.

she greets me and talks to me when nobody is around and ignores me when people are around. I want to talk with her soon and just talk with her, not sure if i should approach her.

I know I make her nervous now that she knows that I like her. Romance aside...if friendship is all i can get, i will take it--but that seems hard to get as well, not just from her but from people in general

Will i ever be in a realtionship or long lasting friendship? Will it be with a man or woman?

It seems your question is just a general one - whether you will be in relationship with someone. But then you have this interest in this woman... You need to be clear what exactly you wanting to know. Is your question really a general one? Or are you wanting to know whether there will be something between you and her? Clear questions give clear answers. I tried to look at both in this chart and see what I could find...

The chart shows a weak Moon, no dignity. Your ruler Mercury has also no dignity and Moon is in detriment to Mercury. So it seems there is just not much motivation and strength here to make things happen. You seem to just hope and wait for things come to you rather than taking more action. The planets are just wandering aimlessly and in search. Interestingly enough both these planets are exalting or in triplicity of Sun, which usually describes a male. So I think your perception is that you should find a male to settle down with, that is the ideal possibly.

However, Mercury will change signs and enter the sign ruled by Venus. Moon is also currently Void (according to the chart) and then opposes Venus - its within orb of application. So I do believe a female will be the partner, as there will also be a nice mutual reception between Mercury and Venus. But this female will not come any time soon. Mercury is in succedent house so it is a slow timeframe. Moon opposition with Venus does show challenges and it may not be lifelong relationship, but it will be genuine care for each other judging by mutual reception.

Now if we look at this current lady, she is Jupiter and combust. Being conjunct Sun - I wonder if she already has a man in her life? Do you know whether she has anyone? There is no aspect between Mercury and Jupiter or Moon/Jupiter, so I do not believe anything will develop with her. She also has Neptune conjucnt her ASC, she is very confused about all this and therefore you may also not see her clearly. If Sun is not a male in her life, it can just be a combustion that describes her state - she is really stressed about something, something is overwhelming. But it is very likely she has someone already....

Past Moon/Mars square and Mercury opposition/Saturn shows passing frustrations and restrictions... thankfully they are past aspects, and you will slowly find more clarity and direction in the future.

I would offer some insight, however I prefer to work with the birth chart of the querent...I question the validity of the horary chart, considering that it only encapsulates one short period of time, and this seems to me to be more about forecasting, rather than offering true counsel...no disrespect to those who utilize this method themselves however!!!!

Thank you Rafaella. She is more focused on her career, i know she had one steady bf about 3 years ago and relationship ended because he felt left out. She may go out from time to time but not serious. But she is extremely kind to me, which most people that I know, see her as very serious and cold. but maybe i see what i want to see. She is kind of pushing and pulling, maybe she likes that i like her and she could be confused, but if she is so serious into her career, she could care less if i like her.
