I was also new to horary but had no issues understanding how it works....just go to
www.astro.com, then create a log in/register, after which you create a chart using the time of the day for the question you previously asked...so just pick 'female, place of your current location (NOT birth!), the date you posted that question (NOT your b-day!), and the time you actually asked that question (NOT your birth time!) while you were creating that chart' so it has nothing to do with your birth info...just the minute you asked the question, you fill out the info as if you were 'born' the minute the question popped in your head. When you generate a chart again, make sure you go back to when you first asked it (perhaps the posting time?) instead of doing it all over at a current time once again. Hope this helped!
