What house would I look to, to find out if I would "meet this person"

Quick question...

I've been communicating with this guy since November 2011. We text and email multiple times everyday. If I were to ask a horary question like "When will I meet Turner? Will I become romantically involved with him?" That would be the 5th house right? Or would it be the 7th? Thank for taking the time to read this, I appreciate it!

Just in horary astrology, when you are asking about someone who interests you romantically, then that person will be represented by the 7th house automatically.

Then by the aspects and position of the 7th house ruler we deduce if the querent and the quesited will form something serious or just a fling, that that fling will be represented if the ruler of the 7th or the ruler of the 1st is posited in the 5th or 11th house.
