Saturn in a progressed chart

I was wondering in a progressed chart if a man has saturn in libra in his 8th house and venus capricorn in his 12 house and they are both squaring each other. does this mean this person will find it hard to commit to relationships. Is love for this person viewed in a negative way, and are they destined to have secret affairs? In his natal chart he has venus in his 12th house sagittarius and saturn in his 10th house in libra. Natal Saturn is exalted in Libra and in a sextile aspect to natal Venus. Venus also rules Saturn in Libra. This points to a person who takes relationships very seriously. With Saturn from the 10th house, we might say relationships for this person are very serious business. That does not necessarily mean that he views them as negative. The natal sextile points to an easy flow of energy, perhaps an easier inclination to enter and exit relationship.

At about age 30 Venus has progressed just past a square to progressed Saturn. 8th house to 12th house progressed square might denote that once into relationship he completely submits to it, surrenders to it. Hence the caution [Saturn]. But I must inquire before proceeding too much further: I see you indicate his birth time is noon. If so, then my comments about house interpretation have some validity.
