you have a venus square mars,this is one of the srongest aspects for relationships.you will have your pick of guys ,don't worry.also you are extremely intuitive and probably could get a guy by just setting your mind on him LOL.

The current Saturn/ Neptune opposition is acting out in your 7th/ 1st house...
Saturn going through the 7th, could indicate a limitation, restriction in relational matters (a break up is exactly something like that)
Neptune, going around your rising, dissolves...
