My Neptune is in 5th in both Placidus and Whole Signs... and this description really does suit me, nearly to a T!
I will also say that this placement can swing either way; Neptune is related to drugs, alcohol, co-dependance in relationships, delusions, lies, etc............ but also, on the flip side of the spectrum, it can also represent spirituality, the unconscious, subtle realms, deep unconditional love and the like.
It has been said that someone with this placement
could become involved in one or more soul-mate relationships of a higher order in this lifetime.
Looking back over my relationships, when I was younger I did attract mostly the drug-addict types of men in my life, who were deceptive and non-committal.
Yet, as I grew and evolved more, I began attracting extremely spiritual men............ and to this day, that is the only type of man I will date. Highly spiritual, loving, gentle and aware of himself.. someone who unconditionally accepts himself and encourages that in another.
Just as every sign and planet has a negative and positive.... this Neptune placement can, also, be very positive once you evolve to that state of being.
