Mother's chart - throat chakra affected, money and work

Hello all!

Since my mother found out I learned some interesting things on this forum she asked me to put her chart here with some questions I couldn't answer (she is interested in the study of astrology).

First of all - she has a problem with the thyroid gland (it's been partially removed surgically) which gave her obesity and memory loss. She has had all her life problems with communicating - being understood by others, being diplomatic, being able to write a composition in school, learning foreign languages, defending her point of view verbally with arguments - all those seem very hard for her.

Studying some esoteric books she came to the conclusion that her throat chakra is affected (and it might be) but she wanted to see this astrologically and find a solution!

I see her 3rd house is packed and it didn't seem so bad to me except Saturn is there affecting her Moon (but this serious?).

Using Placidus in her 3rd there are Mars, Neptune, Saturn, Moon and Mercury (at the end) and with equal houses we find Saturn, Moon, Mercury and Venus (at the end).
I thought with so much help something good should come of her 3rd house!
She didn't have any siblings (and she suffered because she wanted to have), her relationships with neighbours haven't been great because she tends to get angry easily and she expresses it in an honest, non-diplomatic manner (Sag Sun).

Her intercepted signs (if correct) are in the 4th/10th , it's true, with Gemini there but if the birth hour changes a bit the interception changes.

So what would be astrologically the explanation for that and how to "fix" it?

And the second problem - she asked me if she's going to have a better time concerning money (or get a job, she's currently unemployed) because she's been struggling for years.

I told her about her Saturn return (which doesn't seem like improving financial status) but apart from that I didn't know what to say.

In the last months she fell a few times which affected her health and before that she went to be healed by a "psychic healer" (for some gallbladder problems) and felt much better after. I noticed she keeps having Chiron and Neptune opposing Asc and I feared that psychic would be a fraud but it seems he helped her.

maybe when she wants 2 communicate 2her potential employers, they miss understands her... i think she needs 2 learn retail therapy is not good...

I wander how someone with such a full third house has communication problems?
Is it maybe because the Moon and Saturn aspect only each other and they are in fall and respectively in detriment?

I have just had a partial thyroidectomy. I have discovered, that the emotional aspect of thyroid problems is not expressing ones feelings for fear of reactions from others. I haven't looked at this astrologically but certainly my expression was suppressed as a child.

I don't really know her childhood because she had forgotten it!
She told me she was beaten because she was bad and she deserved it (!).
She also tells me she cannot write compositions because "she doesn't have opinions". Maybe her opinions were suppressed to the extent she doesn't allow herself to have any. She doesn't know what she thinks, feels about something or if it's true. Maybe "truths" were imposed on her and she lost contact with her own.

Yes. But THAT affected? I've seen charts filled of squares and those people were successful.

I see she has Chiron conjunct NN, intercepted houses, retro planets but what is THE main issue related to communication?

A few days ago she had a gall bladder crisis because she got very angry. She went to a meeting, there was a woman who used a fan and the current of air disturbed her. She told the woman to stop, the woman didn't stop and she felt the pain growing until she felt sick. She needed medication and rest.

I asked her - why didn't you move, why didn't you leave (she stayed there for hours)? She said it didn't occur to her,it seemed natural to suffer (!)

Indeed a Mars in Libra problem - be angry but don't do anything (except for something polite and inefficient). I thought retro Mars keeps it inside.
