Strength of Signs VS Planets ?

Hello,
I have a question regarding the propensity between the signs and the planets. For example, would someone with a Scorpio Sun or Aries Sun have stronger traits/influence of these signs, than someone like me with aspects of Mars and Pluto strong in my chart?

*) Mars is very strong because:
-conjunct Ascendant
-sextile Sun
-ruler of the hour
-pole of the Heptagram
*) Pluto is strong because:
-conjunct Ascendant
-sextile Sun

Something completely else...
You have Sun as sole dispositor... All planets lead back to the Sun... But Leo(/Aqua) are intercepted...
Seems like a paradox...

Hmm Libra isn't the best of signs for Mars/ Pluto...
Mars is in Fall there or in Exile...
Pluto... (if we think both M & P rule Aries and Scorpio... Pluto doesn't feel at ease in Libra too)
But I think Pluto is acting more strong cause he feels more at ease in the 12th then Mars...

You have a very interesting chart, the pluto mars influence is most likely very strong. The sun is the final/only depositer giving it considerable strenght and in the 10th house is a strong placement for any planet, although it is pretty far from he MC. Do you find yourself more.. Sun in Leo? Or alot of emotional, sexual and obsesive energy? Possibly a tendency to enjoy drugs, especially tranquilizers (moon also square neptune)? Being more secretive then a Leo would be (12th house)? What interpretations have you more identified with basically?

The Sun is well placed in Leo in the 10th house, and with sextile the asc configuration and trine neptune is receives all of thier strenght. The Sun could easily be more powerful since it's the strongest of the planets anyway. However...

They way i see it the asc is SO powerful that it can create our psychological motivations, or first reactions whatever you feel the asc means, just by being an angle that any planets there are considerably more powerful then others. The other thing is that you get a close sextile from the sun and neptune which the sun trines (anything the sun aspects strongly is raised in power). There are also no major afflictions to the asc, but then again those can be stronger then anything.

I hope this helps, I am pretty sure you will feel pluto's influence if it is in fact stronger.

Yes I do feel the influence of Pluto the most, since I do have obsessive-compulsive, emotional, sexual tendacies... I feel the pluto influence even more in New York City due to my relocation chart. Thanks for the replies.
