Since this person has most of their planets focused on the bottom (inner world) of their chart, they focus mostly on their inner world. Since this person has most of their planets on the right (others) side of their chart, they focus mostly on others. This "others" emphasis is increased since more planets are in Libra (relationships) than in any other sign. Since most of their energies are focused on the bottom right of the chart, they use what they know about their inner world to develop relationships with others.
