Are we supposed to be together?

I met this girl a few weeks ago and she is a Taurus while I am a Scorpio. We had an instant connection and she ended up staying at my house for 3 days. We would sit up every night talking about EVERYTHING from our spiritual to political belief's. The only problem is she considers herself to be a lesbian. I told her that I didn't know if I could be friends with her because I would always want more and then she told me that she had already thought the same thing. I just feel like I need to keep this person in my life but I don't know why? I know my chart indicates I'm supposed to be with someone that I meet while traveling or that is foreign and she just happens to be. Can someone help me analyze our charts together?

With all of her Aries energy I would say she is pretty certain on what she wants. Her Sun at 0 degrees Taurus is pretty firm, too. Taurus rarely strays from what they know they like. If she says she's a lesbian, I would believe her.

I am reminded of something I read not too long ago in regards to soul mate connections. It said sometimes we are looking for that connection, which is totally valid but sometimes they show up but aren't available how we wish them to be. In this case, she is telling you she is a lesbian. You may have really found a great connection (I don't doubt it) but it may not be your next relationship, you see? I send you a lot of love.
