Question about Pluto in relation to Scorpio & Horary

Hi, I was just wondering, what's the general view of Scorpio in regards to Astrology, is it still ruled co-ruled by Pluto & Mars, and if so, which entity has a stronger effect on Scorpio.
I was just interpreting a Horary Chart, and Scorpio was the Ascendant...I'd rather use pluto because of the postive outcome, but...it's okay. I just wanted to know what's the general idea, so I can interpret my chart in a more accurate fashion

For Horary, we use the old planets for rulerships...
New planets (U, N & P) can play a role, but in general aren't used for rulerships

For the rest, Pluto rules Scorpio in general, but I always use double rulership for Scorpio (Mars/ Pluto), Aquarius (Saturn/ Uranus) & Pisces (Jupiter/ Neptune)... I mainly go by the new ruler of these signs, but i don't neglect their old rulers.

Pluto doesn't rule Scorpio.

Mars has rule over both Scorpio and Aries. In Horary, especially, we use ALL traditional planets. This means Scorpio is Mars-ruled, Aquarius is Saturn-ruled, Pisces is Jupiter-Ruled, and so forth.
