do cross aspects between AS and MC in a synastry chart indicate soul mates?

i remember reading that somewhere. me and this guy also have VENUS in conjunction with mars and SUN in conjunction with mars and venus. could we be soul mates?? i feel like i've known him from ages...
and also.. what are the important aspects in a synastry chart you need to look out for, which denote soul mates?
i've attached our charts below. thanks in advance
