Why does my director hate me?
I thought I was done with this kind of horary about my director.
We've been at odds with one another for years now. Although the fact that I work from home and I rarely see him and he hired a manager a while ago have made things good for me... until now. We were forced to work on a project together. I'll try to condense this story so you get my point. I asked via email if he was available to talk late in the afternoon, I had some new information about the project I wanted to share and discuss, he said yes. I called at the time when he asked me to and he said he would call me back in a few minutes. Almost an hour goes by, I emailed him to say I needed to leave shortly for an appointment and gave him some info. He then calls me a few minutes later. I said I only have a few minutes to talk and then I have to leave. He said and I quote "you're such a b****". I know anyone who just read that is probably saying wow go complain to human resources. Well, he's actually not worth time or effort to make the complaint. It would just create more drama and headaches, for me. He'd probably skip off into the sunset unscathed. Anyway, I didnt really say too much about it. I gave him the info and had to go. Later I sent an email to him and called him out on what he said. Claims he was joking. So I want to know why he hates me.....(you may think hate is too strong a word but a few years ago he made a comment / "joke" in a meeting about me dying, yep it's that bizarre and awful. 2 co-workers were present)
Ok as for the chart. I'm Venus, exalted in Pisces and in the 5th house where Venus joys. He's Moon in Sag, peregrine, and also in the house of Moon's joy, the 3rd. Moon is applying to Venus by square. Fitting. Neither significator is receiving the other by dignity. I would think the reason why he hates me would be the house of his I fall in. It's his 8th house. Do I stress this guy out ? Does anyone have any insight, maybe I am not looking at it properly. Is this how I should go about reading it?....it's my own chart so I never look at it right.
Anyway the chart data is Jan. 18 2012, 10:48pm, scranton pa

Re: Why does my director hate me?
I do NOT think that the matter is about you . . . . the 'director' is NOT acting according to his 'true astrological temperament' . . . it is likely that 'the director' is abusive with everybody .

Re: Why does my director hate me?
Well, here is how I see this.
I think you are right on that he is represented by the Moon, ruler of the 10th. He is a superior.
Obviously, you are Venus. And for the horary to be valid, it must describe the situation which, is clearly shown by the Moon squaring Venus. Right? Hmmm.....but, that is the future. The Moon has not yet squared Venus and, your experience is the past. So, where was the Moon?
The Moon has past a conjunction to Fortuna. He must make money off of your efforts. The dispositor of Fortuna is Jupiter, which oddly, the Moon is also in mutual reception with. Jupiter is also in mutual reception with you, Venus. So, you both make money off your efforts but, his are tied to your efforts as well. Jupiter rules his 6th, your 6th, work and toil, effort, etc.
He is the Moon, lunar, changeable, adaptable, taking on the quality of all he touches. In essence, he is moody for one, sensitive for another. But, for second, driven by results and money, dexter conjunction from Fortuna.
There are problems in this company, money issues with him and he may not be noticed as a great supervisor or not making his statistics. Somehow you are an assistant to his welfare and he may feel resentful (that is probably stronger of a word than I need here) that you are his help...literally, you help him, your efforts are his assistance.
He doesn't hate you. It's just hard for some people to admit that those "below" them are the reason they are doing well...or not. It's a shakey business this pyramid type setup where the capstone relies on the base for it's stability.

Good point. I hadn't thought of that. When I look at my own charts I seem to go blank.

Most of management's money is tied to how well all of their employees do. He made a rather large mistake price wise when bidding for a project I worked on. He kept complaining that it didnt make money and I reminded him that I didn't have anything to do with the offer, I wasn't involved.

He's definitely moody and sensitive. One of the problems is that he is used to women (and I think men sometimes) agreeing with whatever he says or doing whatever he wants without a hassle. He's attractive (i'll give him his due on that) and women in the office fawn over him. So if he says something dumb or inappropriate they blow it off. I don't. I'm quick on the trigger with firing back at him at times. Just because you're in management doesn't mean you have a free pass to behave whatever way you want. And yep it's about the money and results. You nailed it.

Yep problem that we keep buying other companies and then laying off people and there arent enough workers to do the jobs. And yes he may be viewed that way. I see him that way. The only good thing he's done in my eyes is hire my current manager.
Perhaps he doesn't hate me but he definitely isn't fond of me I can't even tell my husband what he said to me. He'd get really angry.
Thanks Anachiel for looking at the chart. Your reading was great.
