I got up the guts to ask him how to tell him how I feel about him

I told him I really liked him and was too afraid to ever tell him. He replied back and said that he likes me too but isn't wanting or ready for a relationship right now.
I just want to know if this will change or if he even does like me back and isn't just saying this.
This chart is in Reg format as I was told Placidus wouldn't help give an accurate reading.

From my point of view (I'm not good at reading Horary fyi), I think not since SATURN is in bad aspect with the Moon. And MARS is in bad aspect with the Sun...I have no idea what our significators are though but I think he is Venus and I am Pluto? Please correct this. As I am very new at learning Horary.

I've repressed my feelings for him for so long it all turned into stress and all I can do it stress. My feelings for him are deep and I'm kinda happy I let them out finally.

However, Mercury is Trine Uranus. Could that mean a yes?
Moon is also conjunct Jupiter, yes.
Mercury is Square Mars....I think this may have to deal with me being reluctant to make anything further happen? since I'm afraid.
Sun conjunct mercury but is in SEPARATING aspect...what could this mean? Maybe that I finally got up and told him how I felt that's why their separating now bc something has already happened.
Moon and Jupiter in the 6th house represents me having to do with him and my anxiety about him.

I don't understand. I did study Horary and this is what I came up with as my interpretation. So you wouldn't be the only one interpreting as I have already came up with my own explanation. You would just have to add what you think about my interpretation.
If my question isn't a yes or no question then here is one: Does he like me back?

I will tell you what I think is going on, regardless of astrological data. He is not attracted to you but does not want to be blunt about it as he is afraid of hurting you. That's a very common thing a guy who is a bit sensitive and perhaps a bit immature will say when a girl he's not attracted to asks them to go on a date or something like that.

It seems to be that he is trying to let you down softly.

I'd like an astrological interpretation to settle this. I know that's your opinion but he and I had history not long ago until he got in an accident. So I doubt that I'm unattractive to him.

The chart has two things against reading it, it has an early ASC meaning the situation has not developed yet, and there is a void of course Moon which usually means nothing will come of it or the situation needs to change(as in change signs in this case for Horary) before anything can happen. I would wait a while and ask at a later date.
