When will things get better?

Hi I've posted my natal chart here before and I got a few responses. This was a while ago and things for me have gotten worse since. My stutter has gotten more severe, and my depression and anxiety has also gotten worse. I feel that there are some good aspects to my chart but I really don't see how things can get better. Could someone please read my chart and tell me if/when things will turn for the better in my life?

Pluto was conjunct with my ascendant until the end of last year and although I went through a trying period I didn't make any big changes in my life. This seems to be a common theme in my life. I am very resistant to change. I feel like life is getting really really bad for me right now and I really don't know what to do. I feel like I'm going through hell right now and I would like to know if this is just a passing phase or is this how my life is going to be? Any help would much appreciated.
