My boss, is my father figure.....

I know most people doesnt really like their boss.. But I have to say I am SOOO lucky to have a good relationship with me boss.. We just get each other, and we get along great... We do have our moments.. We argue, then we just drop it and forget about it..

People have told me.. IDK how you can work with him... I say ooo he's a big ole teddy bear.. You just dont know him..
People also say I am the ONLY one that can really work with him...
I truly am his right arm.. He relays on me alot...
Im really loyal and stuck there with him...
I have been asked if I wanted to move to higher positions.. I have said nope.. Im staying with my boss...
He told me when I retire, you should take over my position..
I said oooo nooo, when you retire Im free to leave this company.. Im leaving right behind you...

I even have a sag MC..I am totally loyal to him, and cant leave...

What do you think of our synastry??
Keep in mind, its not an attraction thing.. TO me he's like a father figure. HE treats me like a daughter..

Wow, Im not an expert in synastry, but what immediately caught my eye was his Moon conjunct your Karma, and your Venus conjunct his Karma. You might not have a love relationship, but it makes me wonder if maybe you guys were partners in a past life, thus how easily you guys "get" one another.

Also I wanted to add, that Mars conjunct Psyche... I think thats a good aspect for flowing with one another. I had that aspect with someone and although we didnt get along with many things, they always respected my thoughts and how I went about getting them done... its like they really admired my brain if that makes sense.

He's really blunt and says some things, that will make you blush.. But Im not offended... I just laugh at him..

Yes, I dont doubt the deep connection. Even the most well meaning of us mess up with our wording now and then and are prone to say things in a way we didnt mean a certain way.... I think it all depends on if we connect on a heart level... and how much the other party is understanding of such things... just my two cents

Also - curious - did you have as much an enriching relationship with your actual father? Dont need to answer if its too personal. Personally for me... I have not had much of a relationship, or even normal communication with my own father, and I find I am struggling to have meaningful connections with men in general. :x Very few men in my life I've felt anything like what I imagine your relationship with your boss... that kind of soul understanding. It's a blessing, really. Hope you enjoy it!

I'd say that your working under him for 7 years is attributed to this connection. That's wonderful!

I am not sure about the 'father figure'. I think the synastry is basicly work-related.

No I never met my father... I rarely connect either.. But Ive been with him for so long... I feel really attached to him...

I feel I owe him to stay, like he would be lost w/o me..
To be honest he's not an easy person to get.. HR says he's an Hr nightmare (because of his bluntness) lol He could easliy offend someone.. But since Im not offened HR cant say anything... Plus he is REALLY good at his job.. He is the glue for the company... But Im thick skinned and he just doesnt bother me..
I laugh when he makes his comments.. Or I say stuff back to him.. He laughs..

Yes its pretty much just a business relationship... But I feel like he's also a father figure to me.. We talk alot, and we know each other on a personal level at the same time..

He is a GEM! oooooo the stories... Sometimes he has me stuck in his office telling me.. One time I------ stories..
Then when he's done, he asks me for a report.. I say Im not done, he says WHY?? I say because you had me in your office telling me stories for an hour...
He laughs and says well thats your fault for not stopping me... HAHAHAHAHAH!!!
