I am a gemini and she is sag, for real. We are not aspecting each other, for real lol. I am in her house (whatever that means), and she is in the 12th house of dreams/telepathy so perhaps yes? Moon is in scorpio which is psychic but why is it in the 6th house? I don't even know. Then pluto is in the 8th house, another indication. Quite another one, neptune in aquarius. Then chiron in the the sign of pisces. Ruler of 3rd house of communication is in her house so I would say yes. However I doubt my psychic capabilities although they are true at times. I know what Saturn in the fifth house is, but me being in the 7th house of marriage is a good sign right? Any takes please on the scenario here. I'll give input. Thanks.

It's an interesting question but, I'm not sure how we could "prove" it. I mean, horary is usually concerned with practical and/or usable answers; something that will further you along, rather than metaphysical subtleties. (Not that these don't exist.)

So, are you trying to ask something else, maybe? Or, are you perhaps concerned with something more specfic and definable? Relationships are already elusive enough without adding telepathy to the mix.

From the chart that you posted, here is what I see.

There is really little going on in the chart. The Moon would be void if it wasn;t for the opposition to Fortuna at 17TAU34 (which is not shown in the particular chart you posted so I just calculated it to see if it saves the chart)

Although the other person receives you just fine, there is little that you have in common it appears. There is little in the chart that connects the two of you together.

Your own signifcator, Mercury, is also about to go retorgrade, like it is turning around or changing its course in the matter.

I'd say you are both friendly but, for some reason, at this time, there is not much room for a further development.

Wow that's true. I only spoke to her once or twice and we don't even go to the same school. I tried inviting her to do my video but she refused because she's too busy. That's how I tried to connect when I first saw her and it didn't work. I do frequent her school with a friend cause there is nothing to do in this town. i wonder what me as going in retrograde means? Does it mean I will forget about her? Maybe in the future we can be closer but I don't really see it happening now at least. Thanks Anachiel I am glad she receives me well from what you gleaned.
