You are Su and Moon, money from LOTO is 11 house matter (according to J Frawley) that is Me. Su and Me do not have applying aspect, but Moon and Me has!! Unfortunately it is square without good receptions. Matters that perfect by a hostile square are often "better undone". Squares show trouble and a real effort from you to get what you want. Next, Me is in detriment, that means even if you got some money that will be small amount. So, my answer to your question is: you will not win a big money on LOTO.

Lottery is money from goverment, goverment is 10th house, goverment's money is turned 2nd house from 10th that is 11 house.
But if that is not LOTO game, for example if you bet, then that money is represent with ruler of 8 house, other people's money.

If you think so, then in that case we look for aspect between 1st house ruler and 8 house ruler, or 8 house ruler and your 2nd house ruler.
At the very start we see 8 house ruler is rx, so their money stay with them! Su do not have applying aspect with Ju rx, Moon also. Me also have no applying aspect with Ju rx. Again NO.
We have applying square between Su and antiscion of Ju rx, but in horary, as I know, we work only with conjunctions and opositions when there is aspect with Antiscion of some planet. If I am wrong please correct me.
